Author's Response: XD Yeah, that always bothered me that Minerva never really did anything to help Harry out much. In this fic she's tired of all the crap and she's not going to take it anymore! I really don't understand why Albus brought Sirius into the room when it was obvious what would happen, but now he will have to live with that choice and so will the others who witnessed it. Albus has ruined the lives of so many people in his cause, seemingly without caring about the costs to those his choices affect. I hope that Minerva will be able to nip some of his plans in the bud and perhaps keep him at bay when it comes to Harry and Severus' growing relationship. I hope that Harry will be able to get past what has just happened and try to understand that sometimes there is so much bitterness between two individuals that they simply can't ever get along. I do hope that Severus and Sirius will be able to find a way to be civil with each other, if only for Harry's sake, but somehow I doubt it will happen anytime soon. Great chapter! Glad to be back! ^_^ And yeah, Dumbles isn't taking into account other people's emotions and thought that he had enough control over Snape that bringing Sirius into the mix wouldn't be too problematic. But since Sev doesn't trust or necessarily like Dumbles anymore, he's not as concerned about upsetting the HM. And Minerva's going to be on high alert from now on. I always thought she should have done a little bit more, but in this story she's sick of standing on the sidelines and watching what the HM's doing. And Harry and Sev will have to have a heart-to-heart soon I think. But thanks for the review and I'm glad you liked it. Have a Merry Christmas too! :D

I really hope Severus and Harry feel better in the morning. They could use some time to talk to each other. I noticed you mentioned that only a few people knew where Sev's chambers are, and the list didn't include Harry. Will Severus show him to his private quarters anytime soon? I'm sure Harry would appreciate it, especially since it would be good for him to know how to go to Severus if he needs to. Great chapter, and I'm looking forward to reading about the aftermath.
