Wow. Talk about opening angst
The ending always makes me smile.
A different take on Harry, for sure, but understandable when we find out why he destroyed Voldemort. I wasn't really sure where the story was going until it got there, complete with reunion with his nearest and dearest! But the ending was terrific (no spoilers), and I loved it!
I love Boulevard of Broken Dreams and this story does it justice. Powerful and moving.

I want you to know that I keep coming back to this story to reread it since the first time I read it years ago. It always moves me, but right now I can relate so much to feeling so lost. It hurt so much to read this story again, but it was a healing kind of hurt, that kind of hurt that you're thankful for cause you know you need it to get better. Snapes advice, words and what he does for Harry, everything about this story moves me. I know it's sappy but to me this story is like the strongest warmest hug that makes you finally feel human again. Thank you for writing this
Author's Response: Thank you.I hope things are going well for you.
Despair to joy. Beautifully done.
