Ugh, this chapter was worth the wait! I really hope this marks the turning point for Ariel and Snape's relationship. I think the scene in Dumbledore's office really helped put things into perspective for Snape-Ariel needs to have a choice in all of this. Snape thought he was protecting her by keeping his distance, and maybe he really did think that, but he was also protecting himself. We all know our boy isn't the best at dealing with his feelings, lol. I also really like your portrayal of The Trio's friendship, in particular the one between the girls. That bracelet is awesome, btw. I can't wait to see where you take this story next. I hope things are going better for you, friend. Sending good vibes your way!

Thank you for updating, the pace is getting hotter in the story. Interesting that Severus sees that Draco is fixated on Ariel, I’d love to see the Malfoys reaction to that! I hope Hermione and Ariel get back to their previous relationship, it was so supportive for both of them.

I found Snape stalking them amusing. As a parent, I totally get his need to do this. Draco and Ariel’s bickering was totally in character.
