Summary: Harry is locked in a cupboard and Snape can't rescue him (magical spells, he's an idiot, useful reasons like that). He has a panic attack. Snape talks him through it.
[Report This] Summary: Snape disregards Dumbledore's orders and takes baby Harry from the Dursley's doorstep to raise as his son, with help from an immortal woman who owes him a debt.
[Report This] Summary: Before becoming a Death Eater Spy, Severus has a night with Lily. He tells her he loves her, but when he doesn't return and is presumed dead by the Order, she turns to James to help raise Harry. When she dies, he doesn't find out until Harry's 8th birthday, from Petunia. Now all he has to do is tell his girlfriend of 5 years....
[Report This] Summary: Harry and Snape end up going on a good old summer vacation. What sorts of wacky adventures with the duo find?
[Report This] Summary: Night after night, Harry dreams of a reality where he's loved by his family where Snape is his real father. And each morning when he awakes, he remembers the dream with crystal clarity and an object from the dream appears somewhere in his room. What happens when Harry finds out that his dream is actually his true reality?
Obviously, there will be two realities shown here. So there will be two very different Snape's shown. :D
[Report This] Summary: An Occulmency lesson goes wrong, and Snape and Harry end up literally seeing the world through one another's eyes. The two have no choice but to stick together, or be totally and utterly disoriented. Should last at least 24 hours.
[Report This] Summary: Snape tries to pull Harry out of the way of a cauldron explosion - but instead the two end up attached by the wrist, elbow, or forearm.
Preferably Fourth Year or older Harry to avoid lots of leaning over on Snape's part. Should last at least 24 hours. BONUS They share the arm with Snape's dark mark. [Report This] Summary: In an arguement or series of confrontations, both Sirius and Harry make sharp remarks about Severus's appearance. Both are startled, however, when Snape goes missing - only to have returned with a new, reworked face - and a broken, detatched personality. When Severus seems to be endangering himself, Sirius and Harry (blaming themselves for the situation) try their best to help and heal him, and discover what lead Severus to this decision, all three learning to like the man Snape is on the inside. Leads to friendship between the three.
BONUS POINTS Severus's altered appearance is modeled after James, Sirius, or both. EXTRA BONUS POINTS Sirius's persistant teasing and tormenting is because of a crush. [Report This] Summary: Harry doesn't like the fact that his father has a girlfriend...arguments ensue about "the right to move on after Lily". Must take place between either before, during or after First Year.
[Report This] Summary:
A spacecraft appears over Hogwarts in the middle of the night, and an abduction occurs. However, there are no green men or xenomorphs on the ship. In fact, it seems abandoned, except for the dying computer... The abductees awake with body parts taken and replaced with mechanical parts, and search desperately for a way to escape, and, more importantly, for the truth. REQUIREMENTS - More than one chapter. - Obviously, it must centralize on Snape and Harry, and their attempt to solve their way out of this situation and possibly escape. - Harry, Snape, and any other abductees are stuck wandless onboard. - Snape's voice is taken by the ship's computer and is the only thing the computer does not attempt to 'replace', most likely because he is most aware of/ most likely to figure out what is happening. - Harry's eyes are taken, and replaced with a single camera type device. - The ship's computer attempts to create a new, sturdier, biological 'body' from harvested parts from the abductees, in a desperate shot at 'survival'. - Despite its delapidated state, the ship's advanced technology cancels out the magical wards surrounding Hogwarts, thus being able to breach it so easily. - None of the abductees are killed because of having 'parts replaced', but if anyone dies it is up to you. - The computer must be seen by Harry and Snape seamlessly 'assembled' in his pieced-together human body by the end of the story. OPTIONS - It is up to you how many people are abducted. It could be a select few or the entire school, your decision. - It is up to you who the other abductees are and what the computer 'harvests' from them. They can be all be students, include order of the phoenix members, whatever. - You can kill anyone off, but obviously Harry and Snape must survive through most of the story. - It is up to you if the ship's technology takes advantage of magic or not. - It is up to you if what the computer takes from Harry and Snape is particularly signifigant or not. - The ending is up to you entirely. WARNINGS Kidnapped/Abducted Physical Impairment Violence (Although if you can manage this concept without much violence then that would be impressive!) I ask that anyone responding to this challenge bear in mind the rating and not go overboard on violence. I expect mostly it should be 'psychological', but I think this would probably be a relatively dark story, so keep it in mind. [Report This] |
