Summary: Harry turns into a bully and Snape calls him out on it.

I didn't want to limit you, so I didn't give you the whole idea I had, which was as follows:
Draco (or any other student you choose) is abused by his parents, the abuse becomes public and Severus takes him out of the situation. He decides to take Draco at least for the time being. Harry is jealous of Draco getting to leave his abusive family in contrast to himself and lashes out at the other boy.
He is not jealous particularly at being in Snapes care but generally at being rescued. But as time progresses and he sees how kind Snape is to Draco, he gets more and more jealous of Draco's particular situation.
