it's too bad there wasn't any way to say objection witness for the defense (snape) is known to have a pattern of behavior indicating prejudice against the client, including years of verbal abuse in the classroom

why didn't they ask his fucking head of house??

i know why

dumbledore knew snape would paint a picture of harry as irresponsible and reckless and needing strict discipline for his own fucking good in a way that minerva mcgonagall would never stand for

i wonder what mcgonagall thinks of what dumbledore is doing

Poor Harry! I’m not sure what I want, more angst at the Dursley’s, or a nice home at the orphanage. Thank you a great chapter

Loved the previous chapter and this one as well. I'm looking forward to the trial and I hope Harry doesn't have to go back to the Dursleys but perhaps can stay at the orphanage. He would be better off there then at the Dursleys!

Harry shouldn't be placed back with the Dursleys and they are too horrible to raise children so.. Dudley and Harry should both be removed and raised in the orphanage. Transferring the blood wards there through Dudley.

Wow. It wasn’t as bad as I feared but it does look bleak. I hope that Harry’s points will be acknowledged in court and addressed sufficiently before he is returned to the Dursley’s, if he is returned. He needs an adult Wizard there with him. Could he just live in Wizard space in the house without them knowing? Fantastic story. I love how original it is. Thanks for writing a wonderful story, and thanks for the update!

I am happy to have the next chapter but ecstatic that two more are on the way! Snape is sneering but his reaction to Harry thinking he is making fun of him makes me wonder if the gears are turning in his head. Nice job lying about him dueling people he doesn't like all the time though. That was definitely stretching the truth!
