    Sounds as though I might be of the minority opinion here, but I appreciate Dumbledore having the opportunity to try to explain himself.  I don't feel his behavior can be excused, however his attempts to explain should provide interesting insight into your Dumbledore.  A Dumbledore who walks the complicated path between "flawed but caring" and "sociopathically manipulative" without actually falling to either side.

    I expect that Harry will keep him on his toes, and I'm looking forward to seeing it.

    Seriously? People don't want to read the story the way you're writing it? As an author myself, that's... laughable. Keep going as you are. Write what satisfies YOU - and then the people who like what you write? Those folks are your audience. Don't worry about the rest.

    As for me, I'm truly loving and appreciating your story.

    I think you have handled the Dumbledore/Harry relationship very well. Dumbledore ignored Harry’s needs and well being through the books and deserved to be taken to task for it. He is now reaping what he has sown and does not deserve any pity.

    Thanks for the great chapter. These outings are a nice reflection on how much Dumbledore has failed in his duties as Harry’s guardian. It’s been an interesting dynamic to read about. I’m so glad that Snape is readjusting his perceptions of Harry.

    This has been such an interesting read! I had no idea of the potential a business oriented Harry Potter had. I noticed in most of your notes that you were worried about people being bored by the technical aspects, but I found you did an admirable job of explaining it clearly enough that we the readers and Harry could understand while not getting bogged down in the details. I had a lot of fun with it actually and I feel like learned a bit! (Flashed-back to those accounting and applied math classes I took.) While I, like many others it seems, am not wholly interested in the relationship between Dumbledore and Harry, it is still apparent why the dynamic bears exploring and I support you in that endeavor. My craving for more Snape and Harry interaction has definitely been fed more with the recent chapters and I look forward to more! Thank you for this innovative read.

    This is one of my favourite fics so far. I've read almost everything in your list of fics. I like that it's not solely Snape and Harry- even though that's what this website and enjoy Dumbledore and Harry dynamics and hope for more Dumbledore and Snape dynamics as well. Please say you'll be updating this some time soon. Can't wait for you to finish this.
