it's really truly unfortunate harry can't just stay at the orphanage

they're so kind to him there and it would be good for him to be one of the children for a bit

nobody special

of course individualized attention is also something he needs but it really is too bad he's not allowed to spend even a full day away from everyone hounding him

even if snape takes good care of him and harry gets attached and snape treats him as he deserves there's still a whole world with lots of stress and danger attached to his existence

the people at the orphanage were in a different world

he got to know a little bit of what it was like to be just harry, but that's over now

hope snape finds harry's treasures under the floorboard in harry's room

probably snape will go accio or revelio harry's possessions or something

god harry really is starved for affection and care from an authority figure he's attached after the bare minimum

maybe harry can visit little haven

also it was really incredibly careless of snape and especially dr winslow to not think hm maybe someone else will ALSO be weirded out by harry suddenly being fine

they could have at least kept a brace on even if he was given freedom to walk without crutches

Awwww, I loved it! This chapter was soooo long. Wonderful! 

I love all the care Harry is getting from the orphanage leaders, the doctor and the women. I'm so glad that Snape showed up to take care of things though. Harry would be in Malfoy's clutches otherwise, can you imagine?!

I loved how Snape helped Harry, how he apparated away with Harry so that Malfoy would not get him, how he healed his ribs and then his ankle. It must be so nice for Harry to talk about magic freely, and avoid a painful surgery! Snape really is a skilled healer. I wonder shere he learned that. And I wonder if this sort of healing might give Harry the idea of becoming a healer one day himself.

I loved all your descriptions and the events that happened. I was so stressed for Harry a few times. Great job expressing all the emotions and conveying that uncertainty and stress!

The doctor is going to have a difficult job explaining to the hospital how Harry is healed! 

I love the change of tension from ordinary to menace when Malfoy appeared and the horcrux he tried to leave. Poor Harry he now has an unsettling time trying to decide what to do with his life. I can't believe Dumbledore not coming to see how he is and why he's been abandoned. I don't even expect he will apologise for not looking out for Harry over the years.
