Horcrux vs Sacrament. An interesting showdown to be sure.

I'm not Catholic but I'm fairly certain that you aren't supposed to obliviate the priest after confession. I suppose Severus would know better than me.

I'm surprised we don't see the scene where Harry and Snape talk about Snow being Toby's daughter. I understand that we wouldn't see the scenes Harry wasn't privy to, but I imagine the two must have talked about the news. It's clear from the car ride that everyone is on the same page.

Tobias has a lot of nerve being upset that Snow is C of E and goes by Hill.

The girl clearly got his intellect. Hopefully that's all she got from him.

I would read any and all side stories you write for this piece!

I would have loved to be a fly on the wall for Severus's confession, no wonder the good father looked a little disturbed. Tobias is becoming an interesting character instead of just a hindrance to Severus and Harry.

By the way, Good Friday is a bank holiday in the UK and schools break up for the Easter holiday before this day.
