Lol, of course the secluded cottage has a ghost in it! Great choice, Albus (Face palm). [Of course, IRL an exoticism wouldn't be used against a ghost, but only if the spectre were of demonic origin, masking as a ghost. A real ghost (ie, the soul of a deceased person) would be freed by special requiem prayers, and by efforts to right whatever injustice occured that binds them to the "in-between."]
