    Yay an update! I loved Narcissa Malfoy in this. She was just perfect, and what's Snape done to Harry? First I thought he was hypnotizing him, but I'm not sure now. Update soon, please!

     By the way, I dunno if you meant to do this, but Sirius's last line is cut off.

    This was an excellent chapter.  I really thought Harry was going to have to get into more danger on his journey, but this was just right.  Instead of danger, he learns that he is powerless to change anything.

    And I am very intrigued by what Severus is doing with the hypnosis.  I'm assuming that he is giving Harry a chance for closure.  After this, I hope we can see some real progress in Harry and Snape's relationship.

    I just noticed something. You said that Harry did Occlumency against Snape. He did Legilimency. Occlumency is the blocking of the mind from outside attacks, Legilimency is the attacking of the mind. Snape was tying to teach Harry Occlumency in OotP to block his mind from Voldemort's attempts to get in. He performed Legilimency on Harry, who was supposed to perform Occlumency to block him. Just to let you know and ask if you'll fix it, please.

    Well, I do think that the spankings are working, but Harry thinks that getting his parents back are worth all the trouble (and maybe a sore butt):D. if you haven't received discipline in a very long time, it is very hard to adjust when you finally get it, because you're so used to doing whatever you want to without consequenses. Hopefully the spankings and other punishment like washing the mouth with soap(I'm still waiting!) But after this little adventure, I hope that Harry finally learns to listen to Snape and obey him some more.

    You know, the spankings don't seem to be working very well. Harry still goes and does whatever he thinks is best. The time-outs seem to work more efficiently. I think Harry needs more time in the corner to think about all he's done. After all, he's sixteen and, if given the time to think about it, would probably come to the conclusion that what he's done was wrong. Of course, giving him time to think about it would give him time to justify his actions to himself, so it might not work. Though, it couldn't hurt to try. So my vote is that Harry needs more time-outs and less spanking. And maybe a few essays on lying and such.
