Reviews For Muggleville
The next chapter sounds interesting and I can't wait for that one, so please update soon. This was an excellent chapter and I'm going to reread it now. Author's Response: Thank you, DoA!! I hope that you like the new chapter. Sorry for taking so long to update!
I wonder why Snape would give Harry a command (hover) that he couldn't possibly obey or realistically refuse to obey. I'm sure there is a reason, I just can't figure it out. Seems like it would have been much better to command him to do something like sit or dance, but I'm sure I'll never understand how Snape's brain works. Anyway, thanks for the wonderful chapter. I can't wait to see what happens in the next chapter. The tantrum? Doesn't bode well for Harry, does it? Take care... Author's Response: Thank you so much for your review!!I am so glad that you like the story! Snape is trying to help Harry realize that he can stop himself from doing commands that make no sense, and that he doesn't want to do. If Snape gave Harry a command he could do, like to sit, well Harry would do it, and it would build the pathways in his head that would reinforce his obedience. However, not being able to do something coul, in theory, reinforce the pathways in his brain to disobey mind magoc. I hope that that made sense. Sorry for taking so long to update! I hope that you will enjoy the new chapter, if you are still reading.
Author's Response: Thank you! Sorry for taking so long to update! I hope that you can enjoy the new chapter!
I bet Harry had a great time picking out all those toys, and Snape having to explore the mall was quite funny. Author's Response: Yes, Snape will discover those bruises, but it is the trust that he will have to work on over time. Thank you so much for your review! Sorry for taking so long to update! I hope that you can enjoy the new chapter!
I can sympathize with Hoppity here--grocery shopping can be overwhelming even when you know what you're doing! And when is Snape going to wake up and smell the coffee? Does he really think he can live in splendid isolation here? Author's Response: Haha, Snape will learn quickly that they are not as safe as he thinks they are. Thanks for your review! :)
No wonder poor little Harry is all tired out. They've had quite an adventure already and they're not even 'home' yet! Author's Response: Yup! Thanks for reading and for your comments! :)
I liked his suspicious nature about Agent D, and the mental image of Hoppity exploring the gift shop and worrying about Muggle money. Looking forward to more! Author's Response: Thank you!
Harry's excitement was so sweet. A first plane trip is pretty exciting, especially for a child. Hope the airline doesn't lose the tea set box. Author's Response: Awww, thanks for all of your comments! Unfortunately, the tea set was lost. I hope that there will be many more cute things to come! Thanks for your review!
And what were her parents thinking? Although as someone with a unique name myself, I can't really talk. Also can't blame Harry for not wanting Snape to be in possession of his wand, but it does seem like the best solution under the circumstances. Looking forward to more! Author's Response: Haha, it's more like, What was the author thinking? LOL. Thanks so much for enjoying the story and for commenting. I really appreciate it.
I bet Harry is just adorable--I'd love to see him as a six year old. Looking forward to more! Author's Response: Thank you! More is forthcoming. :) |
