    So i just read all twelve chapters of this story. I really like how you are combining your own orignal story with the events of OotP. I was sad that Sirius died anyway but glad that harry got to talk to him a bit more in your story than in the book. I hope snape is good for/to him. I really like how this is going, though poor harry he has been so unloved, its sad.  keep up the great work. ~violet

    Yes. We are weird.. :) Hmm.. I like the idea about Myrtle spying. Well, I woulda thought ron would be mad at Dumbledore for allowing Snape to take Harry in.. And I like Neville.. I really like the chapter in general.. It was really good.. :)

    Great chapter. I'm so glad that Snape is already Harry's guardian! And I hope they become fond of each other :)  On the other hand I really think so. They both have a lot in common and are main heroes of the story. You write about them and their feelings. And also about their friendship developning :) I can hardly wait for the next chapter so please... hurry up!

    Author's Response: Thank you.  The rest will come eventually--they just have to spend time together.  There's a stage new parents do go through in which they fall in love (get minds out of gutter) with their child.  ;) Nature's way of getting us to keep the rugrats.  Snape will most likely go through this as well, until he realizes that he doesn't want to go back to the way things were before and that he loves the kid.  It'll most likely take quite some time, too.  ;) Luckily, they have two whole months to spend time together...

    Nice chapter.  I assume this story isn't stopping at the end of school.  I'll look forward to seeing your take on "Summer at Snape's House." ;-)

    Loved the last line.  Not quite 16 yo boys can be clueless--especially Harry.

    You guessed right.  I'm considering this ending with summer and perhaps a sixth year sequel...

     They are, aren't they?  <g> Heck, even college-age guys can be rather clueless....

    Oh ain't love grand? Harry's clueless (when is he not?) I liked the way to wrote about Harry's trouble thoughts about Snape stepping in - like a little window showing another facet of our dearly beloved Harry. Love it.

    Nice chapter and I just love that poem by Auden ... describes everything perfectly. I really liked the twist with Myrtle as well. But what will happen to poor Harry now?


    Author's Response: Thank you!  I always wondered why it was that they didn't make a better use of resources.  I mean, nobody would notice a ghost if they didn't want to be noticed...  Heck, they could use house elves to spy if they wanted to!  Well, Sev is his guardian, and he's determined to make sure that Harry survives.  Poor Harry.  Lessons during the summer.

    uh... is this going to be a Harry/Ginny thing? Well anyway I liked all the interaction. You did a great job! Is there going to be any Harry/Snape bonding or angst? Or even just more Harry angst?

    Not really, though I do like the canon ships.  I currently have no plans for Harry to get a girlfriend.  He has enough to deal with.  Right now, he's greiving.  Aside from being a clueless 15-year-old boy, Ginny had really bad timing there.  ;) I wasn't planning on her saying that, but she had other ideas...

     As for more angst, well, you'll just have to wait and see.  MWAHAHAHA!
