I absolutely love this story! It's amazing how you manage to humanize my favorite potions master and still keep him in character.

harry's really timid isn't he? still, i suppose with his upbringing, anyone would be. please update soon.
I really like this - it was recommended on one of my yahoo groups. I was almost in tears at the beginning, until Sev caught on. I'm not to surprised with your portrayal of the "tabby" I never really saw her a decent head of house. She doesn't stricke me as someone you want to talk to about anything important.
Keep up the good work, I can't wait to see what happens next.

lovely and so painful. i always thought harry and severus had a lot in common with their upbringing. i love how you've shown severus' struggle to overcome his natural inclinations! thank you so much and i look forward to more.

I just found your storythis evening and I have really enjoyed all your chapters so far. I love the nice slow way Severus and Harry are learning each other. I will be looking forward to an update on this story.
This story just gets better and better with each chapter. Poor Harry.

I've always assumed that Snape knew the Malfoys well, and probably knew Draco from the time Draco was a baby. In your fic, is Harry going to meet Draco?
