    I really loved the final scene with Tailor Gray.  I hope we see a little more of him.  Will we learn why the town is so suspicious of Snape?  There could be several reasons.

    I loved this chapter - I'm so glad that Harry is having a bit of fun, and that the people where Severus lives are getting to see him in a new light - maybe they won't be quite so suspicious of him in the future!!

    I'm afraid poor Harry has quite some way to go before he can deal with the abuse of the Dursleys, and move on into a healthy relationship with Severus!!

    Well Done!!  Excellent story!!  I'm looking forward to more!!

    awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   what a cliffhanger!!!!! keep writing!!!!!!!!!!!! Like write an epilogue too showing that Harry was finally able to move past his abuse and live as a normal boy.

    Wow, this is one of the most wonderful abused Harry stories I've found. I love how you keep him in the correct mindset instead of giving him a 'miraculous' recovery where he acts like a normal kid like nothing ever happened. Speaking as an abused child, you never get over it totally. My sisters and I still cringe even decades years after the fact if someone yells or moves near our heads. Thanks! And I'm dearly waiting for the next part!!!

    Thank you so much!  I am glad to hear it's believeable and understandable to a fellow survivor of child abuse.  I was also abused as a child, and am basing a lot of my writing on my experiences, both while healing and while being abused.  Thanks again!
