    Nice idea having an Order medallion be a portkey and I won't spoil the festivities by asking why it went to the potions cupboard. ;-)  I'm sure many people, including myself, would enjoy seeing what you would do with an extension of this story. 

    I especially enjoyed impatient!Snape who nonetheless finds an excellent use for Dumbledore's lemon drops.
