    oh my god finally, that is so sweet... I can never find words to tell how much I love your story. Except maybe that I read each chapter at least ten times just because it feels so good... like a hot chocolate cup in wintertime, you know ?

    AWWWW, that was perfect, wonderful mush. Thank you again. You did a great job of writing Snape and Harry. And to have Harry speak at the end summed everything up just right.

    omg... i'm sure i worried my mom with my gasping and then slight tears that welled in my eyes while i sat on the couch with the laptop reading this. wonderful wonderful wonderful chapter.

    Oh that was so sweet it made me cry too. Poor little Harry his emotions are so active maybe now they will settle down.

    Author's Response: Yeah, Harry's emotions are quite a jumble.  He's still got a bit to get through yet.  Eventually things will settle down for him, but not quite yet...

    The last two chapters have just been wonderful! I was a little worried about how Severus would react to Harry's drawing, but he came through big time!

    And Harry's speaking again! *big smile here*

    I suspected Harry's signs for Severus, but it is nice to know for certain. I'm curious to see how things will go now, that they're openly 'father and son.'

    Author's Response: I think it would have been too much for wee Harry if Severus hadn't come through in the end.  I'm afraid that my choice of signs for Snape wasn't all that original, but my excuse is that Harry's 11 and that he's not exactly subtle :)

    Thanks for resolving the issue of Harry speaking. I was beginning to worry! I love the way that Snape said that he was willing to be Harry's father figure. It was such a sweet moment! You really nailed the speaking part also by making him say more than just one word. We know now that Harry really is speaking again. Thanks again for an awesome chapter!

    As you'll find out in the next chapter, Harry isn't *quite* fully there with the speaking yet, but one small step at a time, right?  Glad you noticed that he spoke more than one word.  Because at first it was just two words, but then I realized it wouldn't quite make the moment clear enough.
