Oh my goodness this is adorable! I know I keep saying it, but it bears repeating. I love how Snape is so guarded and sharp, but is slowly beginning to open up over the course story because of Harry. The picture of them stirring the cauldron together is just too cute. Well done!

Awww...Snape got flustered! It's good to see him letting his walls down a little, even if it was an accident. I've never seen our dear potions master become flustered enough to flee from a room; it was kind of a refreshing sight. I love that one little boy can be his undoing. In every father-son fic I've read, Harry truly is his salvation.
I love the characters you're working with here. Lupin and Neville are brilliant additions. I like that your Lupin isn't a complete push-over. He's shrewd like Severus, and can communicate on his level. He also stands up for his old friends, while still being loyal to what Harry needs.
Also, I'm glad to see the Snape-Dumbledore mentorship you're building. I love seeing a positive relationship between those two men. Severus needs it so badly, even though he would never admit it.
Anyhow, those are just my reactions so far. Hope that it's helpful!

This story continues to be adorable. I like how heartwarming Severus can be, even though he's clearly insecure and bad-tempered. It's nice to see a throughly imperfect Sev who is nonetheless a genuinely concerned father.

i dont know if you did it on purpose or even if u reaized it at all but i really like the fact that u used the quote "Always" from DTH, Severus's famous line it really made this chapter complete
i really want to clock Fudge one...or maybe two or three hope Albus and Severus make the best out of him!
