Oh Harry! Oh Snape! I feel for them both! You write their angst and character development beautifully. I thought that they had reached a good place, but I know realize that Harry needs to know that Snape does care and will be there for him even if he messes up, and that Snape needs to move beyond his discomfort and step up to his new role by choice. Thank you so much for continuing to write this great story!

Author's Response: Very good point! Yep, sometimes you have to go through trying circumstances to test out whether you can ultimately let your guard down and trust. Both Snape and Harry have their own forms of emotional baggage and trust issues. Poor guys. Here's hoping they'll shape up! Thank you for the review. :)

Damn, I read the title of this chapter and thought, “Boundaries doesn’t sound good.” Boy was I right. Besides the OBVIOUS events at the end of the chapter (don’t give up, Harry, my love!), I really liked some of the topics brought up in Snape’s and Kneader’s conversation (and what thoughts they brought up for Harry). I noticed when Kneader mentioned he thought Harry was attached to Snape, and Harry didn’t even protest. At first, I expected Harry to think, “Why would he say that?” or deny it in some way, but Harry just took it—later on actually admitting he looked up to Snape. Needless to say, I was quite proud of my boys in that moment. And the comfort for Harry’s panic attack... right in my softened potions and snitches heart. Of course, that chain of events escalated quickly... but I’m content to patiently wait for your next installment before I formulate my thoughts on it. Also, I’m glad you feel better. I hope you continue to recover. Thank you for a wonderful update! ;)

Author's Response: Thank you for the wonderful review! I'm glad you enjoyed it. :) Yes, our boys have come a long way, haven't they? And yet still so far to go... :)

Excellent chapter. No wonder Harry didn’t want to wake up from the dream and the holding and safety. Love how this relationship is changing so slowly and despite the two people involved!

Author's Response: Thank you for all of the nice reviews! Yes, it's fun to write those little moments when Harry is half conscious and both characters let their guard down a little bit. ;)

A rather disturbing picture of Severus singing to Harry! Thank you a great chapter

Author's Response: Haha, it would be fun to see for real, but perhaps very alarming at the same time, lol.

Very emotional.. I love the fact that they are not falling into a happy relationship but still have a long way to go. Thank you for a lovely story

Author's Response: Yes, they are very human, very flawed. I think they will always have room for growth, but it's fun to get them to the point where they can help each other get there.

Loved their interaction thank you. I noticed a slight, very slight thawing in their relationship here but I’m sure it won’t last

Author's Response: Thank you! It's been fun to slowly thaw their relationship. :)

Yay, thanks for the chapter! Harry is being quite a negotiator)) It's so much fun reading about them dance around each other)))) I'm getting the feeling Snape is gonna say yes, but the price of that will be high.... really high...
Didn't see any typos this time) And not sure there could be a *different* way to pronounce Kneader)))

Author's Response: Yay, thanks for the review! Yeah, I thought Kneader was self-explanatory, but then a was asked how to pronounce it on the other site. I know I have some younger readers and others who are still learning English, so I figured I'd clarify and the 99% who know how to pronounce it can ignore the note. :) And I guess we'll see what happens on the Potions front later. They have a few hurdles to overcome before that will come up again... ;)
