You're story is amazing with emotion. Your protrayal of Harry's emotions aren't the angsty-bs you get in other fics. These have roots and development. And Dumbledore, I've never felt more sorry and more angry at an old fictional man in my life. You're damned brilliantly. (Love your Snape, by the way)
Oh my God! That was so horribly sad and so anghsty, I think I'm actaually crying. You know, I was incredibly upset with Dumbledore for all the suffering he put Severus and Harry though and I was kind of rooting Harry on (guilty ^^) but I felt so bad for Dumbledore at the end! You make my heart flip-flop, you've got such a tallent! I LOVE this story, it is so emotional. PLEASE post again soon! It's one of my favorite stories. PLEASE update!
This is a very different depiction of Harry. It seems to me that he is hurting so badly that he cannot be the "Boy Who Loves". I'm curious to see if he is going to get through these feelings and how.

Wow! An absolutely wonderful story! I must admit, the present tense narration is rather odd, but I think that's mostly because most of the things I read are written in the past tense...but it's very well-written, and I love the plot. You've done a wonderful job with the characterizations; it's not hard to imagine this actualy happening in 5th year. I can't hardly wait for the next chapter!!! *whines* I want more! Now! ...oops...sorry...*ahem* Please update soon!!
I just started reading your story last night. Very interesting. Manipulative Dumbledore for certain. I feel a little sorry for him, but like Harry, I'm also pretty angry with him too.
I was totally shocked by Snape slapping Harry in the face. I've been thinking about that slap all day long. Snape says that he was really frightened when he saw that memory. Was the slap a reaction to that feeling. Is this because he's an abused child himself who finds violence a very easy reaction?
Also, at the very end, what words is Snape doubting? That Harry believes him or that Snape will never hit Harry again?
