Can we just talk about how incredibly brilliant this fic is? Every chapter is so consistently well-written. And I've said it before, but I'm still in awe of the fact that this is your first fic.
This chapter was brilliant. Harry finally had a breakdown. I've been waiting for it. lol.
The way you described James' and Lily's deaths was heart-breaking. The details were chilling, but really seemed to bring it all into perspective for Harry...made it more realisic.
I am SO dying to see what happens next. I'm ready to scratch Dumbledore's eyes out! Okay, maybe that's a little harsh, but wow...he's infuriating. lol. Update soon :)

poor, poor Snape! And Harry!
Is it dumbledore's intent to break both of them completely? Merlin, I hate that old man.
I have a feeling I know where this story is going but I'm not going to articulate my guess because that I would be embarrassed if it doesn't turn out to be right. This was a great chapter though, but I think it was a bit shorted than I wished! Update Soon!

Well if you meant your messages to be confusing they are. How about an authors note for those that have problems solving riddles like Harry? After all this time with Snape you would think that Harry would realize when he was being manipulated.

Nice reminder that this story is set before Harry learns the prophecy. I kinda wish that Snape hadn't been able to manipulate him so easily. I mean, Snape even told him what he was going to do, but Snape is a master manipulator.
The whole thing with the hat was very interesting. Thanks for letting us know that your Snape hasn't turned into a Gryffindor in order to be worth saving. I always look forward to updates on this story.
