this is so fabulous. i am so glad that you already started the other one so i can go start in on it!! you are fabulous, your depiction of young abused harry is fabulous and you do a great job with snape. i think had someone intervened earlier, like in this story, he could have been a very different person. you do a good job of showing that, but you keep him in character as well. fabulous job!!

After reading Better Be Slytherin!, of course I had to check out your profile and found this marvelous work. I loved it. I love watching Snape care for a young Harry and I love little Ron and Draco too.

Oh, I am so very glad I read this story. It's wonderfully written, especially the last few chapters with Harry at Severus' house and the adoption ritual! Oh, the language of it was just so very touching!
I really look forward to seeing where you take this from here... and how this twist of the tale from canon will affect the events when Harry comes of an age to attend Hogwarts in four more years.
The only reason I'm rating this a 7 is to have 8, 9, and 10 available for the terrific chapters yet to come.Well done!

You sure like to put poor Harry through a lot of shit but I like how Sev handles it. That parenting isn't easy and dealing with an abuse child takes a special touch and what is normal for one is traumatic for another. Always wondered why with the miracles of the wizarding world they don't have growth hormones for poor short Harry!

I give you 9 chocolate truffles for excellent writing, 10 bonbons for a very engaging story, and 10 chocolate fudge sundaes for making me cry. I truly enjoyed your story, and I'm eagerly waiting for the sequel.

I'm so happy about reading this story, and then again so sad that it's over. But then I'm happy again that you are going to write a sequel, so I guess in the end it all works out.
I think next I have to start reviewing "Better Be Slytherin!" because I love that story too XD
