That was lovely. "I live to foil your expectations" indeed. :-)
Only one day...You are amazing. And this chapter was wonderful! I especially loved the second half :)
This is wonderful! I like the dynamics you have developed between Harry & Snape. This is a mature, positive, very appropriate relationship, from the mentor POV. It is unique in itself, but I think, turning out to be every bit as good as another, quite famous (& justly so!!) adoptive father Severus story.
That was really great, I'm glad that Severus took the time to talk to Harry about what happened with Remus, and to let him know that while he wasn't in trouble that he was still displeased about how it happened. Keep up the awesome work, and update again soon. LES

YOUR SO GOOD! THANKS FOR YOUR QUICK UPDATE.
That was surprising to see another chapter so soon! I hope they go to Diagon Alley in the next chapter!
Really great follow-up to the last chapter!
Snape finding *any* reason to defend Lupin is always amusing. :P
Hmm, a trip to Diagon Alley in the near future? I'll be looking forward to that. I bet it *will* turn out to have some nasty surprises for Harry, though.
I was half expecting Lupin to try and get more information out of Snape about what Harry had been through. I'm glad he didn't try that. And Snape's protesting to Lupin that he didn't *care* for Harry was almost funny. Sort of methinks he "doth protest too much" you know?
This is one of the best fics I've read in a long while. Your character development is insightful and well-crafted. I particularly like Severus' shrewd understanding of Harry's needs, and how the adults in his life have failed him.
This is quite, quite delicious and I savor every bite. :)
