You made the possession by the Baron so believable. Thanks so much for this great chapter. Harry's thought about the sucking chest wound was pretty funny. I'm glad Snape got to him in the end.

Yay! I hadn't read the last few chapters of this story until now and I'm so happy I was able to take the time to catch up on it. It's one of my favorites, and I can't wait to see some reconciliation between Harry and Snape.

Off to the rescue! It was smart of Nott to tell their professor what was up, both why Snape was being avoided and Harry’s plans. Speaking of Harry, I hope he's all right; who knows what he is undergoing right now? Hopefully Severus can get to him in time before Quirrel/Voldemort tries to kill him. Otherwise, he is bound to be in for a shock when he finds a seemingly lifeless Harry lying on the floor (the after-math from cannon Sorcerer's Stone).
Anyway, can't wait to read more and find out what's happening with our heroic boy. I'm also happy to hear that you will be continuing with the second year!
Author's Response: Nott is a very calculating, and also very concerned boy; he's a good friend for Harry right now, though Harry might not see it that way. As for Severus, hopefully he'll get to Harry in time to make the best impression, but we'll see. :) Thanks for reviewing!
