Reviews For Better Be Slytherin!
I love, love Snape's thoughts. Fantastic job with them. Good development! yay!
Now, Please, make it be true - and let Harry stay at Hogwarts, at least for the Winter and Spring Holidays?!
The bit with the Bloody Baron took my by surprise - I KNOW it was Quirrel-Mort behind it all, but the Bloody Baron having posessed Harry wasn't something I'd thought of. I had considered the possibility that perhaps somehow Harry had accumulated a similar chest wound, but no where did I think it was the same one. Good golly, that one killed the Baron, didn't it? Man. Harry's one lucky kid! The ending of the chapter was touching - and I really appreciated that you didn't have Snape coddling him any. Snape may be feeling empathetic, and even sorry for Harry, but he'd never coddle -- at least not someone he didn't consider family, or rather his child. And in any case, it would take a while for him to get there still. I'm so so so excited to see what becomes of his trip to the Dursley's. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's either this next chapter or the one after. I'm nearly bursting, I want to read it so badly :D
I'm beginning to like Teddy and Millicent. Not so fond of the idea of her decking Hermione later on, but still I'm starting to like her :)
You've got my curiosity piqued and I'm eagerly waiting to find out what's going on with the ghosts and Harry! Is Harry forming a version of the 'Gryffindor Trio' with Teddy and Millie?
Okay, maybe I'm catching on late, but I'm starting to see the slight parallel between Millie and Teddy/Ron and Hermione. The personality traits are a bit inverted, but this was the first chapter where I saw the similarities. And I loved it. Am I way off? I really enjoyed this chapter. Keep up your awesome, updating ways :) Author's Response: Am I way off? While I can not speak to generalized "off-ness", in this case, no you aren't. Off, that is. ;-) Thanks for the review! |
