    Awww, yay! My favorite line:

    Severus got his answer when he watched the boy change. He did a double take as he stared at a younger looking version of himself sitting across the table.

    Whoo!! Great moment. I would love for Harry to pretend to be Snape's son every once in awhile. :D I'm glad that Snape noticed something off between Harry and Connor. Good plot progression. There were a couple of typos but that's probably because you rushed to post this. :) If you ever reupload, please let me know because I fixed some line breaks for you.

    Thanks for the update, and i can't wait to read about Cathy, and Harry's first trip to Diagon Alley! Will we see any romance between Cathy and Severus? ;)

    Author's Response: Hmm... You just gave me an idea for the next chapter. I was happy to see the site was up again so I had to put a new chapter out, and the stupid typos came with it (darn it). As for Cathy/Severus romance... That seems to be a popular request from others as well and I am starting to consider it myself. So who knows! Thanks for another awesome review! :)

    Yay! I'm thrilled with the chapter. It's perfect! Although I do wish Snape HAD hexed Connor. hehee It was wonderful all the way around and well worth waiting for.

    Author's Response: Wow! Everyone is sooo eager for Snape to hex Connor! All I can say for that, is someone (who'll remain a secret) will get to hit Connor. However, that scene probably wont be until after Harry's first year. I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter and thanks for reviewing!

    I love this story and even the Snape is all protective of Harry even after he finds out that he is a Potter. I want to see him take Conner down so bad give him a good hex. How long is this story going to be are you going to stop with the sorting and do a sequel or do the whole first year, and just have his family life a different fic?

    Author's Response: It's nice seeing everyone so eager for revenge against Connor. As for the length of this story, I really dont have any idea. I will continue his first year in this and quite possibly write a sequel on his second year and so on. Thanks for reviewing!

    Wow, Connor is so mean. It's scary. I hope that Harry gets out of this situation fast!

    Awesome! Go Sev, I so wanted him to deck the miserable bum! And I'm glad that he still liked Harry once he knew the truth. It makes him a lot more believable, since his prejudice was based on hating an image not a person in the first place.

    Can't wait for the next part. When will Cathy find out the truth about her husband?

    Author's Response: Someone (I wont say who) will get the chance to deck Connor. But that scene, along with Cathy finding out about him wont be until after Harry's first year I think. Thanks for taking the time to review!!

    Awww, Harry got a present! :D Loved it. I liked the fact that it was for squibs, good idea. Poor Snape looks tired too.

    As for Blaise... hmm I'd really rather see him as a boy. There are enough canon girls to use one of them, like Daphne Greengrass.

    Author's Response: Someone else actually suggested that I use Daphne Greengrass, but (call me picky) I dont really care for the name. I've always liked Blaise's name but even now, I'm still not too sure what I want to do with the characters. Thanks for reviewing!

    Ooo... love this chapter. So looking forward to Harry attending Hogwarts. Still eagerly anticipating if he'll be there as Potter or McKinney. Love seeing Snape threaten Connor. Yeah! Hex that muggle senseless! And if Grandpa Nick takes up mentoring Harry and teaching him tactics and strategy, ooo.... the possibilities!

    Harry will be going as a Potter, although I had considered him going as McKinney. But since my other story has Harry using a disguise of sorts at Hogwarts, I figured this story should be about Harry attending as a Potter.     This is one of the best abused Harry stories on the web right now. I've been checking this website almost daily for updates, so I'm glad you posted. I absolutely adore this story. (Connor must be punished. Plllease...) I thought this chapter was very creatively written.

    Oh please don't abandon it! I am really enjoying this story and was thrilled to see you put an update as soon as the site was back up. I like the way you had Snape discover Harry's metamorphmagus talent, and really like the side of Snape we are seeing. You arranged their early relationship such that neither politics nor grudges play a part in his feelings toward Harry, which is unusual and lets a very different Snape come out. Please keep on!

    Author's Response: I assure you I wont abandon my fic! As for thier relationship, that is exactly the reason why I had Harry hide his identity from Snape, so the man would get to know the boy before hating him. And it all worked out well for them. Thanks for the lovely review! :)
