Reviews For Lily's Charm
Maybe, deep breath. I love protective but sensible Severus. I enjoy how well he can read people to know that Harmonie would not feel comfortable now (and maybe never) calling him Severus. Harry is beginning to grow up. But, noooo green light at Remus Author's Response: Sorry, but a chapter's gotta do what I chapter's gotta do. I'm glad you enjoyed Severus in this. It was very fun to do. I love Sev and Harry together. I just love 'em. Harry IS beginning to grow up and that's fun as well. Remus? Well... Chapter 53 won't be too long hopefully. ;o)
Author's Response: Yes, my mother is a mean one, isn't she? LOL I will try to update soon. You know I never though I would kill Remus either. But I did say, 'plans change' in the author's note. *shrug* Thanks for reviewing and glad you are having trouble breathing. ROFL :oP
I hope you are going to update soon! It is terrible of you to go from that touching scene of Harry and Severus discussing Harry's sorting straight to the deatheaters arriving and Remus probably dying. Also, don't think that we haven't noticed that phrase "father and son sat in contentment one LAST time". Really, this is evil. Your mom Author's Response: Well, well, well. My own mother has turned against me. *shakes head slowly* Well, at least you found my Harry/Sev scene touching. That's my newest favorite part of the whole story. Well, you WERE supposed to notice it. There will be no more contentment. Death Eaters just Apparated in. This is not good. Not good at all. Yes, I am evil. *strokes left arm lovingly*
Remus! No! I will be...indescribably depressed if he is no longer with us! I have to say, though, that my favorite little sentence here (there's always one in every chapter, I swear!) was, " “You are my son,” the words bringing a soft tingle in his chest, as they always did. “I will protect you until I no longer have the ability.” " It was just lovely...And the little thing with Harry choosing to be in Gryffindor rather than Slytherin and how Severus took that..."how fragile his father was" I believe is how you worded it. Also lovely. Now that my computer is back and functioning I should be better at keeping pace with this masterpiece and amazing-ness that is this story! Author's Response: Thank you. I'm so glad you liked that protection line of Sev's. He is never going to stop protecting him. Not ever. And yeah, Severus was very affected by Harry going to Gryffindor. Poor man. Just poor Everything and Everybody. *sigh* Even Remus... Glad you're computer is working again and thanks so much for the review. :o)
Author's Response: Thanks. I appreciate the review and glad you enjoyed it. The humour was fun and much needed to break the horrible tension these guys are going through. They're all libel to crack at any moment. :oP
Sorry that I did not review for so long, but I kept on reading. I had to! I've been so busy with work in the last weeks that I could only read fics at the strangest times of the day (or of the night). I am so eager to read more of this story, really. It's all in the way you portrait your characters. Severus is so... Severus, but still a loving father and Harry is swinging between adulthood and infancy. It's tender and hard at the same time. Thanks again for this awesome story. Author's Response: Thank you so much, Tsuby! Really. I really am flattered. I have so much fun with the characters. It makes me smile that you see Severus still as being Severus and yet he clearly loves Harry and is even loving toward him. Harry is doing a fairly hysterical dance between becoming an adult and clinging on to childhood. Perfectly teenagery. LOL I love him that way. Thanks so much for your words. They mean a lot. :o)
I'm wondering if Albus' little sticking charm is going to work for very long. They were together for less than 5 minutes and already Severus has "unstuck" them. Remember Albus warned that too many unsticking incidences would not be advisable? I hope Harry manages to obey orders, but I'm not sure he'll be able to. Author's Response: Sticking Charms are really not meant to be messed with. *smile* You'll have to wait to see what ole Harry can manage to do. Poor kid.
THIS IS EVIL, PURE, DARK EVIL!!!!! Again GRET JOB!!!!! PLEASE UPDATE SOON!!!! Author's Response: Yes, evil is my name. First, middle and last. :o)
Author's Response: Really fast? Hmmm.... I will do my best. And yes, I know I am evil. I enjoy it, in fact.
("sent to room for cheekiness" - is cheekiness a word?) Author's Response: I don't think so but Harry apparently doesn't realize it! ROFL And yes, I do enjoy my evil ways. Yep, I do. :oP
