Oh man am I slow, but I only just now discovered that this is the same fic as your "Shadow". I don't normally read a lot of fics in french, but I am so excited now to get to read through to Chapter 27.
Rest assured that the cliffhanger and events of this chapter were so well done that it made me really want the next one, which of course, caused my epiphany. I will, of course, still be reading in English, but it's a great thing to be bilingual right now :)

Wow! This is really quite an interesting and unexpected turn of events. Brilliant idea! If you think about it, it would make perfect sence that Harry/Shadow would be unaware and unsure of his human self, after all he went through before transforming and the time he's spent as a cat. I feel really guilty because I don't want Snape to lose Shadow! Harry must return to normal though *sigh*. Poor Snadow/Harry is so confused, unaware of what's happened. And poor Severus lost his cat *sob*. This is going to be quite an experiance once Harry is back to normal. I am EXTREAMLY anxious to find out what will happen next! I am so happy you updated, but could you PLEASE, please update again soon! You have nice long chapters, the plot is orriganal, the characters are kept well in character and their thoughts and reactions are perfect. Brilliant and beautiful work! Please post again asap, I LOVE reading this story, it's truly become one of my favorites and holds my interest completly.

Harry is in fact going to have more than a little identity problem in the chapters to come, and Snape will also have to adjust to some facts of life... oh yes ttrust me the "angst" label is not there for nothing ;-) I just received the most exciting news of the day : a professional translator is willing to help with the translation ! I'm really excited, this should get the updates more frequent ! Actually I am finishing chapter 28 right now, and the 'second part' started last chapter, so... long way to go ;-) Thank you very much for your review ;-)

Oh my gosh!!! You can't leave it there! *sniffs* It's not fair! This is such a wonderful fic. Your characterization of Severus is wonderfully done, and I find it interesting that Shadow has no real memories of being Harry...I wonder...will Harry remember being Shadow? Also, your general plot is quite original (at least, I haven't come across one like it, and while I haven't read every fanfic out there, I have read a great many of them...I noticed that you've only discovered the fandom recently, so if you like, I could recommend some...by the way, "A Year Like None Other" is one of my favorites, too.) I also understand that you have many more chapters written in French. While I am certainly can't speak, read, or write French, I can correct your English, if that's where the translation problem is. I can't translate, but I can make sure it has good English grammar, even from a direct translation (I hope that made sense...). Anyway, I'm willing to help in whatever way I can. I literally can't wait for the next chapter to be out! Keep it up, you're doing so well!
