I'm happy to see you've continued this story! It's great to be able to read another chapter at last :)

Seems Poppy continues to try and push on the therapists, much to Severus's discontent. McGonagall’s suggestion of him talking to Moody was actually quite a good idea, but considering they’re not exactly ‘buddies’ (lol) I’m sure conversation would often turn to confrontation. Although, they were able to talk for a while last chapter…

Imagining the old auror getting lectured by McGonagall was funny, and I'm sure Moody didn’t appreciate it. Interrogating the Death Eater's families might have been helpful, but 'kidnapping' them might not be the best way to go :)

Sure hope to see the next chapter soon! I always love to read more. Plus, I’m real curious about what’s in Narcissa’s letter!

Things are hopping for our boys, even at Hogwarts! I like that Severus has a sneaking regard for Hagrid - that he can appreciate Hagrid's big heart is a good sign. Now if only he could find out what Harry is doing - know Harry it will turn out to be far more dangerous than it originally looked!

I enjoy Snape's and Minerva's relationship in your story. She has more of a sense of humor than you usually see, and she treats him more like a valued colleague. Their exchange was quite fun to read!

I like how IC you keep Snape in this story, and yet allow him to begin to sympathize with Harry!

Yeah, it was one of the better lines in MASH, and certainly appropos here.

I like your Moody so very much! He is more than just a figure of fun - he is competent, experienced, and sharp. He and Snape would have issues, understandably, but I can see them respecting each others different capabilities.

I also liked that you gave the Auror a reason that was understandable for his actions. There must have been any number of fighters for the side of light who had to deal with those they felt were responsible for the deaths of family members - and there would probably have been terrible retribution at times. This is a much more realistic presentation of the horrors of war and terrorism.

Great chapter - not fluffy, but meaty!

Our Potions Master comes through, hooray!!! Not only for poor Pedro, but for Harry as well. I am so happy that they have come to an understanding of sorts during this jungle trek. Keeping the understanding once back in Hogwarts WILL be difficult I am sure!

Ahhhh... things are starting to become clear to the brilliant spy... finally. Such an emotional occlumency session for both of them. I hope they can forgive each other very quickly!

I have to tell you I am also enjoying your description of the poison/antidote work Snape is doing. Being a liberal arts type of person I have NO IDEA if what you are presenting as the steps for determining an antidote are true, but it sure seems like the way to go about it!!!

    A great chapter!

I love these jungle chapters!!! Imagining walking on the massive tree limbs up in the crowns of the trees is such fun! Your descriptions are very evocative. I am glad, of course, that our boys have found some civilization - I do think Snape needs a break from chatty teenage Gryffindors!

I am enjoying these chapters so much - the excitement of the Wyrsa hunting our 2 wizards and their attempts to stop them (like rotten fruit will work!) I also like the gradual sharing that is going on - Harry talking a bit about his family and growing up with the Dursleys. Snape is still not quite understanding what he is hearing, but he will eventually figure it out!

Our boys in Brazil!!! This whole part of the story in the jungle is fascinating! I enjoy seeing them learn to work together to stay alive. Having Snape's perspective on the adventure is a special treat - I like seeing through Harry's eyes but my favorite view is through Snape's. You do a wonderful job giving us the Potions Master, in character and snarky as always!!
