AAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHHHHHHJJHH!!!!!! OHMGOODNESS!!! I was SO! tense! I thought I was going to have a heart attack!
I'm not ill. ... You know, it's really sad how often mental illness is ignored. Of course he doesn't actively know better (even if deep down he knows this is not what he should be doing, what with him avoiding his friends and all) but even in the real world it's ignored. It sucks. A healthy mind is as important, or even more, as a healthy body.
Gonna be honest, I'd get my ass killed saving a little kid, if I were in that situation. Also, I did NOT see that happening so fast. Like BAM! Ol' Voldy's dead!
I've always maintained that Harry and Snape are so similar that if they'd even given each other a chance, they would have gotten along AMAZINGLY!! They aren't quite the same, but similar enough and I also think that's part of why they didn't end up getting along, because neither likes themselves very much, so what they did see of themselves in the other, they wouldn't like.
You know, I can tell the suicide attempt is coming, Harry's just too low and accepting of his impending doom, the only thing stopping him his is sense of duty; however, you just blatantly refrencing it is unnerving. I'm still going to read and I've never had trouble with that sort of thing, nor has anyone close to me, but it is painful to think about. Mind you, I'm not judging or anything, I just wish to share my opinion and reaction to your work.
That bites... Into my soul, Harry having to ask to write his friends.

Oh, I bet Snape feels good about himself now. Yep, asshole, you punished Harry unfairly and now, because you forgot about him (some blame taken away for having to save Dumbledore's life) he's going to have lung problems for the rest of his life. Revile in the ineptitude.
Okay. That ended well. (Please note the excessive use of sarcasm here.)
It's taking me way to long to click the "nextv button. OOOOH! I am not looking forward to this. ... I'm seriously procrastinating this.
