    i think i stopped breathing while reading the description of harry's trouble with it. wow. nice and powerful and very easy to get lost in.

    oh.... yeah, can't wait to see what's next now that Severus knows that Harry didn't read his journal.

    Author's Response: Thank you!  As for Sev, well, he will be forced to admit that he's misjudged Harry about some things, and maybe it will make him begin to see that he's been wrong all along.

    I'm glad Severus finally knows the truth but to end the chapter like that... *groans* I really hope you are going to update soon. Very soon! Because the waiting is killing me!

    Author's Response: Thank you!  Sorry for the cliffie...I guess I'll have to try to work on not ending chapters on one, but so often they make a good stopping point!  I am already working on chapter 9.

    Author's Response: Thank you!  Yeah, Severus will feel pretty guilty, but he does have it coming, don't you think?  I've begun chapter 9 and hope to finish it tonight and get it sent off to my betas.

    Whew! What a horrible experience you put Harry through, and now Severus gets to go through the horrible experience of terrible guilt. Harry's ability to forgive will be a needed balm.

    Yeah, I know it was horrible.  It was hard to write...I'm a real softie.  I can never read torture scenes in fics.  But I did think it would take somthing pretty drastic, and something where Severus had to admit that he'd been in the wrong, to make him open his eyes and be willing to get to know the real Harry.  And something pretty drastic to make Harry decide that he'd rather die than live at Severus' mercy.
