I'm at ff.net. i like parts of your story, i just don't like the fact that harry's a slave. if i were to write something that starts out similar but without the whole slavery issue - would you be offended? i'm at (w/out spaces) the lost titan @ gmail. com
Author's Response: No, I wouldn't be offended, you know, so long as you don't copy word for word, of course. Truthfully, there are very few, if any, completely original ideas. Many stories have similar themes.
great chapter, glad the train ride went safely and without incident. what has come over draco, has he been ostracised from the slytherins by severus, has draco got to do whatever severus tells him, can't wait for the next update as this fic is certainly one of the great ones to read.

Oh, and I agree with previous review - Draco living with them is so over-done and contrived (in most cases). I would hate for this story to turn so samey. However, you're an amazing writer so that probably won't happen!
Author's Response: There are some great stories out there with Draco, Harry, and Severus...probably Aspen's AYLNO series is the most well-known and it is incredibly well-written. But I am definitely not in her caliber, and in any case, I can say that I don't plan for "Slave Child" to go in that direction (with Draco becoming a member of the family). Oh, and thank you so much for your kind comments!

I've been loving this entire story, especially the Harry and Sev bonding. Please do not wind up with Draco living with them, that has been way overdone.

Author's Response: Thank you! Draco's experiences will be revealed in time, lol! And Luna has always struck me as being perceptive...about some things at least. She certainly has her own way of looking at the world.
awww showing the love again, love it! I almost felt sorry for Draco in this chapter where Severus was brushing him off, is he really a good boy who has just been misguided by an evil father? I do like a slightly redeemed Draco if it fits in with a story : )
