    It just occurred to me I didn't review this lovely chapter. How long is a Hogwarts term? Depending on the length I could say his punishment was just right or not harsh enough. I tend to use my mother's punishments for me as a kid as as a comparison. I can understand Harry feeling he is too old..:) The last time I got my butt blistered I was nearly twelve and I felt the same way. It's nice to see the kid have some stability of a loving parent though, because as kids we hate it..but as adults we appreciate what our parents taught us even the punishments. Don't mind me ....I tend to ramble a bit. :)

    Author's Response: I'm not exactly sure, since this is an English boarding school and I'm not sure if they go by the same length of time as an American one, but the time Harry incurred this punishment was in the middle of April and by my reckoning their term should be over in May sometime, so we'll say his grounding is about a month and maybe a few days.  As for the stability thing, God yes, I agree with you a hundred percent, and it's only when you're older and have kids or are responsible for someone else's that you realize what kind of hell you put your parents through and pray you don't have kids just like you.  That is a favorite line of my mom's--if you don't watch it, you'll end up with kids just like you! God help us!

    Yes, mission accomplished. I have a question about the "hunt". Will every shifter feel the call to hunt Wormtail? If so, does that mean he (the rat bast^*^*^) won't ever get some peace.

    What will happen to Draco (the dort)

    Author's Response: Only the slippers in range of Aria's summons will be able to hear it, and now that he is an official Outcast, all shifters he comes into contact will know it and Hunt him on sight, it's kind of like a bad luck aura in a way.  And Draco will get his eventually, just wait!

    That was a wonderful rescue. This story is the best! After all the drama dies down, I really wouldn't want to be Aria and Harry. Is anything going to happen to Ron and Hermione.

    Author's Response: Yes, all of them will be punished, though in different ways, as you'll see once I post up the next one, I should have it up by tonight.

    what a great rescue, that was better than the book, abit more excitement and i hope harry did stay in bed, fudge should be arrested for being a imbocile

    Author's Response: Wow, what a great compliment! *blushes* and yes, Harry did obey his father--finally!--and do what he was told for once.  Fudge is truly an imbecile, good thing for Severus, Sirius, and all the rest though.

    what a great chapter, i never expected peter to have another form but i should of as he is very crafty and then sirius and aria chasing him around hogwarts grounds made me smile and the protronuses or is it protroni dealing with the dementors and fudge came into it ruining the night, can't wait to read more

    Author's Response: Good, I'm glad I surprised you with Peter's sneakiness, it made sense to me to make him a slipper too, although a rogue one, to show there is a good and bad side to everything, and it jsut made him more interesting to work with.  I'm not sure what the plural of Patronus is, I jsut add an "s" to it, and fudge really is an interfering busybody.

    I figured that was a good time to let Severus in on some action here and mend fences with Sirius. Besides, Harry had enough excitement for one night and he needs to be rested up for tomorrow's confrontation with Severus. I should have that chapte rposted tonight!

    Yeah Sirius is free and Sev helped. Love the dialogue between Sev and Sirius they are friends but will not admit it to each other (so typical of men)
    harry just would not shut up i think that Fudge was listening to Sev but after Harry started in, Fudge just thinks they were all Confunded.
    Wouldn't it be funny if Malfoy had gotten Peter on film while hiding trying to get Lupin (just an idea)

    Author's Response: Yes, it would be, but remember, Malfoy ran before they came around the lake and all, so he didn't have time to take a picture, plus he didn't want nayone to know he had a camera to take shots of Lupin, which was why he was hiding it under his robes.  And yes, Sirius and Sev are friends, though they will never willingly admit that fact.  So stubborn are they! *sigh!*  I should have the next chapter done by tonight, it's not all that long, so check back later!
