As for Dawn being Voldemort reincarnated, I agree this seems a red herring. The piercing blue eyes suggest Dumbledore instead!

Let us have a cheer for Remus "the wolf taking care of the cub of his pack" Lupin. Well. at least, Sirius didn't plan to have the female scorpi..., err lawyer lady at his house but he still isn't mature enough to raise a puppy let alone be responsible for a child. Groundation for life is facing Harry. (that is what my son and his friends used to call it.)
On the other hand, was it an accident? The theory about him being under imperius would say no because Dawn could have easily made him lie. I think it was probably an accident though and that Dawn is obviously over-stepping the bounds of their relationship now. Hopefully Sirius will see how creepy it is that she went out of her way to look up where his plot was and plan to show up at just the right time to see Harry. You're Dawn is uber creepy, btw. You've sort of hinted about the possibility that she might be Voldemort reincarnated, but I think that might just be to throw the readers off. I think it's much more likely that she's either under Lucius' imperius or working for him in some way, which is really sick since Harry has already testified for him, which was a big favor that he clearly did not deserve. I bet Harry is extremely embarrassed now: getting in trouble in front of his girlfriend? Ouchers. I wonder what kind of punishment awaits in the next chapter... I have a feeling that any favors Snape was going to grant him have been long forgotten now. Great chapter--please update soon! -P.G.
Ooh, Tabitha I just loved the argument between Snape and Sirius. It was so much fun and so much angst! As much as I love Crucio, I just can't wait for the next chapter of this story because I can't rest until I know what happens to Harry. As if you didn't plan it that way oh Royal Dairy Dark Evil Queen!

Sirius would never deliberately harm Harry, but he just doesn't see the complex plots that Severus can, and he's blinded by infatuation for Dawn Ridley right now. I wanted to shake Harry for leaving with him without Remus and I only hope there won't be serious trouble. Loved the tree decorations and the conflict between Severus and Sirius was very believable. Looking forward to more! Author's Response: Thanks Kristeh! Harry is gonna have to learn some lessons the hard way, unfortunately. And Sirius as well. All of them, actually.
