Reviews For The Heir to Prince Manor
Author's Response: So do I, believe me! That scene is to die for! And Harry is bound to prince Manor in a totally different fashion than he ever was to Privet Drive. The manor is his home and Privet Drive never was. He has plenty to learn about Prince Manor too, just wait and see. Meantime, there's still Angel and Shadows. Angel has just been updated by the way.
Author's Response: Yes so does everyone else, but right now I need to finish up Where Shadows Go, the prequel to Never Again, and my new fic, Arms of a Dark Angel before I tackle the return to Prince Manor. If you haven't read those two, check them out.
C'mon get moving on that sequel girl!!!! ;) Author's Response: Whoa! I'm still working on Angel and Shadows, don't want to wear me out, do you?? I'm good, but I'm no James Patterson, LOL! But I've already got ideas for a sequel to this one and a tentative title--"Return to Prince Manor". I think it should be in two parts, one at school and the other at the manor in the summer. What do you think?
Author's Response: Yes I know. And a sequel is being considered so don't worry!
Author's Response: Thanks very much for reading and reviewing! I am considering a sequel.
I so enjoyed this entire story. I love the idea of Harry and Draco being brothers and think its terribly sweet that Draco sent Hermione Athena as a present from a secret admirer. I'd really like to see Harry's "unveiling" to the school, Draco admitting to Hermione that he is her secret admirer, some father son bonding scenes in the dungeons, Smidgen interacting with someof Hogwarts less material denizens (sic her on Peeves, please?), Harry and Draco defending each other... oh, the potential! You write so well and I really, really love your characterizatons, especially Severus. Thank you for such a great story. hugs, Dancingkatz Author's Response: Yes I agree, this story has a lot of potential for a sequel and my crazy brain is already spinning with ideas for a plot line. I'm thinking maybe an alternate ending for the tournament and then a return to the manor in the summer. Smidgen would be having the time of her life fighting with Peeves. And draco and Harry could get into oh so much trouble fighting with each other's housemates, couldn't they? Poor Sev would probably have a stroke. Sev's my favorite to write about, but I love Harry and Draco now too. While you're waiting for the sequel, there's always Angel and Shadows to read.
I love how you really brought the characters to life and helped them grow. I loved the bond that grew between Harry and Draco where they saw themselves as enemies, then friends, and then finally as brothers. Awesome story, and we definitely need a sequel! Leilia Author's Response: I loved writing Harry and Draco as brothers, though when the idea was first presented to me I was like . . .uh, can I do this? Is it possible to make such enemies into a family? I wasn't sure if I could do it right. But I guess I did because everyone seems to love the way this turned out. I've enjoyed living in the manor with Severus and harry and Draco. I think I definitely should go back there. But until then, there are my two new fics, Where Shadows Go and Arms of a Dark Angel.
Author's Response: Thanks and I'm seriously considering it.
Author's Response: Thanks and I really enjoyed writing it. I'm also wondering how everything will go at school.
Author's Response: I know, I was so sad when I wrote the last chapter. The part where Sev has tears in his eyes, well, I had 'em too! I will be considering a sequel. But until then, there's always Angel and Shadows, right? Angel has just been updated, by the way and has a very funny sequence with Sev & Minerva in it as well as the troll, of course! |
