what a great fic, very well written so far, the things harry has had to deal with, molly weasley surprised me with her treatment towards harry, i hope harry under severuses guidance will learn to heal. this fic i can tell is going to be very emotional as i had to stop reading this chapter for a few minutes as i started to cry when harry tried to kill himself, this fic really got to my emotional side, keep writing this wonderful fic
Author's Response: Thanks so much! It is a very emotional fic to write as well, it's almost scary to get into Harry's mindset sometimes. I'm sorry it made you cry, though! *hands tissue* Thanks again. - August Sky
wow, i am transfixed by this story. good chapter and you're right, that was a tantalizing place to leave it! please post more soon :)
Author's Response: Thanks so much! - August Sky
yeah. this is a reall good story. looking forward to finding out what mediation is.
Author's Response: Mediation is... interesting. Haha. Thanks! - August Sky
Another great chapter. I love all the twists and turns you are putting on just about every character. None are doing or acting the way we'd first expect and it's working out wonderfully.
What a riveting storyline you're sharing with us. Thank you.
Author's Response: Thanks! I'm trying to write this realistically as how the characters would act in their given situations. And most of the time, as with real people, they don't do the first thing they would expect you to do. I'm glad you enjoy it. Thanks again. - August Sky
ooooooooooooh boy, malfoy and potter bonding? will the world come to an end? who raped ginny?
Author's Response: Bonding may be a strong word. lol Setting aside their differences may be a smidge more realistic. As for what happened to Ginny, it's coming soon. -August Sky
Hm, that wasn't a very smary thing to do, Harry. At least Draco was able to stop the blood flow. Good chapter and I hope you'll update again soon!
Author's Response: Thanks! - August Sky
You are learning evil cliff hanger habits from others, aren't you (Looking at you, Tabitha).
I enjoyed Draco saving Harry. It is usually the other way around.
I hope Malfoy doesn't punish Draco for loss of the telescope.
Author's Response: Learning evil cliff hanger habits? What? *Looks around innocently.* Oh, you can't tell me that they're not enjoyable, if not a tad suspenseful! lol Thanks again. - August Sky.
Interesting dynamics in this chapter. I think I'm looking forward to the mediation even if the Slytherins hate it. ;-) I like your take that Draco is a very emotional boy--even as Snape is an emotional man in canon. A lot of people don't catch it, but they both are. I have a small quibble with this phrase--"Severus stood, creaking his aging bones". Severus is about 37 at this point and a wizard to boot. I don't know many 37 yo men who really would experience this, especially not if they are wiry and active like Severus, imho.

A horrible 'cliffie', but actually not a bad way to end the chapter. So Draco has a reason to hate Harry totally unconnected to his behavior, or at least how he interacts with Draco. It's no wonder Draco would despise Harry if his father treats him like that! It will ultimately be a bonding situation, won't it? If Harry starts acting with Draco to avoid such situations while manuevering things the way he wants, then Draco would turn into a willing cohort!
Great chapter!! I'm glad that Draco was the one who found them, maybe they can start focusing on their similarities and help one another now. I'm sure this meeting with Snape will not be comfortable for Harry.
