Reviews For Where Shadows Go
Author's Response: Yes it will be, poor guy.
My SIL has lupus and, due to the drugs she's had to take over the last 30 years, I've watched her go from a size 1 to a 26. Steroids are the pits, and it is only a stop-gap not a cure. She is already having memory problems from the brain lesions. Author's Response: Yes, tell me about it. That's rough, my friend's mom had lupus way back over ten years ago and she died from it, I think it was congestive heart failure or something that finally killed her. She never got to see my friend graduate college--so sad! Hope your SIL gets a better, maybe they'll invent a new medicine or something. :)
Author's Response: Thanks, so glad you liked it!
The hardest part to read - for me - was when Sev was talking to Matthew and Remus. Mercy, that was rough. I can't imagine how hard it would be - or will be - for Sev to tell Lily ... I hope when Vi and Hal are told, you'll let us in on that. I imagine Hal and Vi both will try to put up a good front, but once alone (.and I don't mean alone together - but alone-alone.), they each will break down. Then they'll screw their courage to the sticking place and be there as much as possible for Lily, Harry, and Sev. I know, too, that it will be hard for you to write. I loved that little potty break. Too bad we can't vanish clothes like Sev did for little Harry. LOL Looking forward - with great trepitation - to the next chapter. Thank you. Author's Response: I will be doing the discussion with Vi and Hal, after Severus tells Lily. Sometimes I wish I had access to magic when I'm watching my little nephews, LOL!
The kids playing were cute, though. Especially Ginny. I think this is the first ever fanfic where I actually LIKE Ginny. :)ยจ Mila Author's Response: Wow, thanks. Normally I don't care all that much for Ginny either, which is why I usually pair Harry with someone different.
Author's Response: I know, it was sad for me to write too.
Author's Response: Yeah and I want to make some, LOL! Couldn't resist that old quote either!
I hope that you'll undestant when I say that I am not looking forward to the next chapter! (Nothing against your wrting, you understand!) :( Author's Response: None taken, LOL! Poor Lily, she's on borrowed time.
This chapter was soo emotional. I nearly cried at the end. Harry was the world's worst brat, and sev showed extreme patience for putting up with it as long as he did. Great job, keep it up. Author's Response: Thanks, I take you were haivng trouble reviewing, huh? So were some others I think.
Author's Response: Thanks and there will be more angst ahead. |
