Reviews For Where Shadows Go
except... eek for cold weather. *shudders* No wonder there is problems at the faire - there's snow! What kind of silly people go to snowy places?! lol, I'm kidding. It was lovely! Where I live it never gets very cold, and my favourite place to go is the beach.... so it all sounds a bit .... cold. :) oooh! vacation? cool! where did you go? was it fun? xox Author's Response: Actually the snow can be fun . . .to play in but NOT to drive in. I NEVER drive in snow, my mom & I got into a bad accident when I was a kid, another car slid into us at a red light and totalled our new car, so ever since then I refuse to drive when it snows.
My vacation was very fun, we went to the Poconos in Pennsylvania, and we went hiking and rafting and shopping . . .of course! We rented a cabin in the middle of the woods and got to see lots of wildlife and it was so peaceful . . .some of my ideas for one of my stories posted here, Arms of A Dark Angel are based on my vacation spot, you'll see if you read it.
WOOT for SEV/LILY! Hooray! They kiss! OMG! *dances* well done! Author's Response: yeah, don't think of big jingle bells, they're tiny little golden ones that chime very very softly when you move and the sweater is a very soft cashmere with a heart shaped neckline. Very pretty . .. my sister had a sweater and pants like that once and I loved it. Yeah, don't you just love the romance!
lol. kids are awesome. who needs tv? *runs off to start a sev cheer-squad* Awesome chapter! xox Author's Response: Yeah really, some of my nephews should have BEEN on TV with the stuff they pulled when they were little--it was better than Comedy Central. Most of the things I put down in my stories were things that they actaully did, you'll see a heck of a lot more of them coming up in further chapters here. *joins the sev cheer squad*

I also have to say that this was the first quiddich scene that I've actually liked (ever). Maybe thats because there wasn't a whole lot of quidditch, but I loved the atmosphere :) Author's Response: Yeah now that would be something! I'd LOVE it! And I liked the Quidditch match too, I'm not real into sports, by the way.
lol for lockhart lily, how could you fall for that one? Author's Response: Don't know, but I think he's an ace Healer! Poor Lily, she was vulnerable. But luckily she had Sev around to get her back on track.

I think the date went really well and there were some really sweet moments. I'm glad Sev and Lily finally are getting together, but it seems they can never get a break, what with pesky Death Eaters popping up and ruining everyone's good time. I think the spells were cool and really helpful. Lily was awesome coming in to help and I thought it was both funny and sweet when she and Sev fought then kissed in front of everyone. Sev sure didn't appreciate the interruption, lol :P. Just when they think they can go home and relax though, Harry brings on more stress for them, what with biting poor Neville and acting like a little brat. You have to love him anyway though :) Hope to read more soon! Author's Response: They'll be getting a good break now, since the DE are sent running with their tails between their legs. And Severus can get pretty steamed when his kissing with Lily is interrupted, LOL! Poor guy, he doesn't get much time alone with her, not with the schedule he has. As for Harry, you'll be seeing a lot more of him and Sev in the next chapter as well as Grandpa Evans. He can be a terrible brat, but also sweet as well, like any little kid.
Sorry for picking on details. I liked Severus fighting all right. L-S Author's Response: Yes,we don't normally give that stuff to kids either unless it's a punishment. Usually after the first or occasionally the second time the kids learn to stop biting, swearing, or whatever. I know some people who give their kids hot peppers and stuff, but I would never do that, since I'm allergic to them. |
