Reviews For Arms of a Dark Angel
Author's Response: Yup, there will be a great race! I have some really good surprises planned for that chapter! I was going to have Wraith appear, but then remembered that Ron & Hermione were watching and Sev didn't want to reveal his Animagus form to anyone. But if O'Shea sends any more goons out after them, Wraith will bite their a** all right!
Can't wait to see what you do.! Author's Response: Thank you veyr much, I'm very excited about this next part. When I was a kid I read all the Black Stallion books and loved them because they always had these wonderful races in them, so mine is going to be patterned after that, somewhat, and I'm so looking forward to writing the next few chapters. I love a good horse race.
Poor Severus, I think he's going to die a heartattack before he reaches thirty-seven at the rate Harry's scaring him. The grounding was funny to read but incredibly worth it. Severus and Harry truly love each other, you can see it when you read it (or I can anyway). Now, why does it have to be your sequels to other stories? Why couldn't it be this /one/? ::glares and pouts and runs away fast:: Don't hurt me! ::grins wickedly:: I've chosen which story and you know a little bit about Phil already. Here's a little more detail: He is between two-four centuries old, only his wife knows his true age. He is married and his wife is pregnant with twin boys. He is very distantly related to Severus through his father. (ie: Phil's father is Amar who had a brother that remained human and generations later we have Severus)Phil has shoulder-length black hair and violet eyes; he is a fierce opponent with a sword and a wand and could even rival Dumbledore (Don't forget how old he is - he's had /centuries/ of practice). You don't need to reveal all this; this information is more for you. Pick and choose. Since we are forced to choose which story, besides this one, we would like our character to appear in, I choose Heir to Prince Manor. I am very eagerly looking forward to the Skybolt tournament at the end of the summer. You are a magnificent writer and I love reading your stories, Snapegirl. Update when you can. Love, Jewels. Author's Response: Well, Wraith could always kill someone in the sequel . . .if I do one, that is! Which I seriously am considering! To answer your other question, I don't know if the vampire theme would fit so well in this one as with others--especially Heir and Hidden Away. In the next Hidden Away installment there will be vampires, as they go to New Orleans and meet up with a vampire cabal, featuring good & bad vampires. You could have Phil in there, if you want. Or we could leave him in Heir, your choice. I'm just about done with Blood & Ashes, by the way and I love it! You should definitely keep writing it! The Skybolt should be very intense. Looking forward to writing that one!
Philip Anthony Snape, an ancestor of Severus Snape; he is a vampire. King of the vampire. ::grins wickedly:: I would love to see him in this story but since you're making me choose, go with Heir to Prince Manor. He has black hair and violet eyes. Married. Um... what else? Ah, just go read Of Blood and Ashes. Brilliant chapter my dear. You certainly no how to make a girl's day. Love ya! Author's Response: Congrats, you're my 701th reviewer!! *confetti and fireworks for you* and a box of chocolate frogs too! Phil sounds like he would fit right in with my crowd of OC's, glad to have him join us!
Author's Response: Hope you enjoy the rest and thanks for reading & reviewing!
Author's Response: Very much so, thanks Zara! The training will present a problem at first, but Sev will figure something out. he always does. I can't wait to stick it to O'Shea and his crew of bullies!
Author's Response: Thanks!
I am split now... On one side, I am thrilled that Harry will be a peasus-racer (though we will have to wait a few years for that, if I understood it well?). On the other hand, Snape made such a bad bad deal. All law was on his side. The only thing he needed to do was get lost of them for a few days and contact some not-corrumped race comitee, proving the bond between Boreal and Harry. That would be it - as noone can force a child (or human) to work as a race rider. Well, at least Severus postponed troubles for a few years. Am I 701? Author's Response: No, he needs to race in the upcoming Skybolt, he can do so as long as Severus signs a permission form for underage riders. The bond between harry and Boreal is legal true, but O'Shea has the IFA in his pocket, and that's what runs this stuff. He could have gone the legal route, but it would have taken so much money to counter sue and whatnot that he'd have gone broke, plus O'Shea would have been sending his goons out every chance they got. This way, all Harry needs to do is win the Skybolt and Boreal is his forever and O'Shea can't do anything to prevent it since the agreement is binding legally AND magically. Of course winning won't be easy . . .but they can do it. That's one reason why O'Shea wanted Boreal back, to give him a shot at the big one. And no, you're not 701, you're 668. Sorry!
Author's Response: yeah, baby! And what a good time he has doing it too!
I wanna find out what happens! I hope Sev kicks their asses all the way to Alaska! And that Harry forgives Ron. Author's Response: Whoo-hoo! he will, trust me! And Harry & Ron, well, you'll see! |
