I always wanted to ride a pegasus. I guess a hippogriff would be closest thing to one.

So, Hermione's parents didn't learn about her idiotic --cough -- heroic adventages at the end of school. Too bad. At least, Molly was able to let Ron know about her opinion of 11 year olds going after mass murderers.

    Looking forward to more.

Author's Response: So do I.  No, Hermione's parents don't know about what happened, but Hermione got lectured and punished by someone, and you'll find out about that later.  Molly has very definite opinions about the things her son should be doing and Ron knows that.

The last three Chapters have been quite good. Well done! I really like Boreal, and can possibly see where you are going with this character - hope you do.

Author's Response: Thanks and I am going to do a lot more with Boreal, he's going to be a friend to Harry.  Great job on your story too, I've just reviewed it!

    Mmm, chocolate--who can resist!

I'm so glad that you updated so quickly.

I hope that Severus agree to Harry having Hermione and Ron over; after all, Harry has never had a proper birthday party--has he?

Author's Response: No, he never has and Severus knows that and would like to make this one quite memorable.  Of course, Rellah and Eileen can give him some ideas.

snape finding his inner child *chuckle* it would be funny to see his reaction to such a suggestion! i liked the part with eileen talking about little sev and lily : )

Author's Response: Wouldn't it though! Eileen's reminscence was pretty funny, especially when you consider the disciplinarian he is now!

Wow, reading about Severus patching up Boreal with stitches reminded me of watching my lab director finish a surgery on a frog. I'm a little needle phobic, and probably came closer to passing out than I'd like to admit, but when he was done, I told him (quite honestly) that I wished he'd been the one stitching me up after I had a mole removed. (I currently have a roughly 3cm by 1 cm scar on the back of my leg from that mess-up.) I really like your writing. I think you've done excellently, and I'm glad to catch up. Keep up the great work!

    Author's Response:

Oh Lord, that sounds terrible! It's amazing how many dermatologists can't sew a straight stitch to save their lives.  My sister is an OBGYN and she has the neatest stitches, I saw her stitch up her two-year-old when he fell and cut open the back of his head at home one day.  She had a suture kit in her MD bag and some local anasthetic too and she sewed him right on her kitchen counter.  I watched, but I was terrified and don't know how she managed to remain so calm.  Guess that's why she's the MD and I'm the writer.

Now that I think about it, my biology professor could stitch up the animal cadavers we dissected really well too.

Thanks, I try and incorporate some of my real life experiences into my writing where appropriate, and am glad you appreciate it.

All right, the pegasus is alive! I love his name too! Harry's punishment was fair and I felt so bad for him when he thought Severus was going to whip him like Marge. I'm glad Sev reassured him and the end was just wonderful!

Author's Response: Yes I could never kill off Boreal.  And the chapter end was one of my more sweet moments, that came of nowhere, it wasn't planned.

I love this story. I'm glad Severus came back calmer and that nobody was the victim of the wyvern. I hope Boreal can fly again, he shouldn't die. I think Harry should be punished... grounding is a good idea

Author's Response: Thanks a lot.  This story is one of my favorite ones that I've written.  I've noted your punishment down, several others have suggested the same.  Read the next chapter to see what happens to Boreal!

    I liked this chapter!

I think the punishment was fair...

I can't wait for the next chapter!

Author's Response: Thanks and I've posted some chapters of this on FF.net too! I wanted to have some kind of resolution for Harry and Sev regarding the whole CP issue, and that's what this chapter was aiming for, along with saving Boreal, of course!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, the ending to this chapter was very funny. I liked how Harry is a snow leopard like Severus. And it was cute how he's only a little cub. :)

    Author's Response:

Yeah can you just SEE him?  LOL!

I figured it would make sense for Harry to be a cub since he's not a grown-up yet.
