I love the wya you weave canon events with your own version of Sev and Harry. it's brilliant work and I can't wait to read more. Can you write any faster?
Author's Response: Uh, I could if I glued my fingers to my keyboard. I just posted a new chapter, by the way!

Loved this, and I hope Harry tells Ron off one of these days for saying such mean things about Severus. It's so annoying, though it's typical for Ron. I loved the whole tea bit and the exercises, though Snape is a tough teacher. Can't wait for more!
Author's Response: Someday he will, if he gets mad enough. But that's later. More has been posted, by the way!

::waggles finger threateningly at Snape:: I love the man, don't get me wrong, but if he ever spoke to /me/ with such a tone, I'd be bawling my eyes out - I happen to be a very sensitive little person. Anyway, you mention on quite a few occasions when he's training Harry, that he sounds sarcastic or... what's the word... unsatisfied maybe. Wouldn't the sarcasm and disappointment affect him because it would remind him of the Dursleys? Just a thought!
Now, I'm wondering what'll happen when Severus realizes that young Harry is smarter than he looks. How angry is the wizard going to be at his adopted son when Harry figures out the riddle of the Philosopher's Stone?
Still can't wait for the Forbidden Forest scene - it had better be soon, my dear, I want to know what animal he is!
Update soon. I am very eagerly looking for more. ::winks::
::waggles fingers::
Toodles.
Author's Response: yes, but he did warn him that he was going to be strict and hard with him during those sessions, for his own good. So harry is aware and knows that he's not just doing it to be mean, but to make sure that he learns how to survive. The forbidden Forest is coming up, in a few chapters, first there's Christmas and all and the dragon still has to get born. And he'll be quite upset at Harry for poking his nose where it doesn't belong, but he will forgive him.

Love this chapter!!! Will Ron and Hermione find out about Harry's and Snape's relationship? Can't wait to find out. I like the last part about the dream...Please don't let it come true
Author's Response: That's a maybe....as in you'll have to wait and see.
I love the way you described Hagrids cottage, it sounds a lot like a cabin I used to rent in the mountains. Uncle Toby is brilliant and now harry can get packages from Sev with no one the wiser. But it's too bad they have to maintain this charade. Will Sev ever adopt Harry? or let Ron & Hermione in on the secret? Loving it!
Author's Response: All I can say is . . .maybe. You'll have to wait till the end to find out.

Wow this was a great chapter. Ron will look so stupid if he ever finds out how wrong he was about Sev. And I loved the lessons, Harry's sure going to need them!
Author's Response: He will indeed, if harry ever tells him who his Uncle Toby is!

Uncle Toby is a really good idea. I like this story. Ron is so funny in his hate for Snape! *grin* Little-sun
Author's Response: Yeah, and it'll be evn funnier when...if...he ever finds out the truth! Harry will be getting lots of presents from his "uncle" from now on. By the way, I've updated Heir and it is completed, in case you don't know it. Glad you're enjoying this one!

Wow! What a creepy dream. Hope it's not going to come true. I loved how hagrid defended Severus. And also the defense lesson, it was great. harry could really use them.
Author's Response: The dream...you'll see about it. hagrid loves Sev too, and the lessons will continue because Harry needs all the help he can get.
Nice! Harry and Snape are really becoming close. What a disturbing dream that Harry had!
I know that you will probably tell me that I'll have to wait and see, but is Snape ever going to officially adopt Harry, or will he continue just to watch over him from afar and in secret?
Author's Response: Yes, that dream was very disturbing, the poor kid is under a lot of stress and it's just going to get worse. As for the adoption, it could happen, but not until the very end. And that's all I'm going to say for now.

I have a lot of patients when it comes to children, but I really really wanted to slap Ron, but then again I know what Sev is like but Ron is just so so... argh. And Hermione very casually talking about attacking Sev, Hagrid had a right to scold them and knowing Hagrid he wouldn't squeal on them but they have to know what they did was wrong even though they thought they were protecting Harry they can't do that by hurting others. Thought Harry would have screamed at Ron and Hermione.
Author's Response: Unfortunately, Ron is very prejudiced when it comes to Slytherins, a product of his brothers' teaching and also his own shortsightedness. I know how you feel, I wanted to smack him myself. Hagrid would never tell, but he does want to make sure that they know what they did was wrong. He'll stress that again later on. And Harry almost did lose it there, but he managed to control himself.
