    Poor Hermione! I feel sorry for her. She reminds me a bit of myself when I was that age. I loved the troll part though and Ron and Harry hiding from Snape in the closet. Severus's lecture was dead on, those kids got away with way too much in the books. The conversation between Min & Sev was excellent, with Severus acting all macho and Minerva not putting up with it for a minute! Bravo! Update soon, please?

    Loved the whole battle, it was so realistic and I especially liked the different way they defeated the troll. Snape's lecture and detention was great, he was right, they did deserve to get in trouble for doing what they did. And I loved the conversation between Sev & Minerva. It was wonderful to see Snape getting a bit of TLC from Minerva!

    Author's Response: yeah, this was a fun chapter for me to write, especially the part about Harry being blind as a bat and still flying! I was like, yeah that would be me, nearly hitting trees and all, since I can't see three feet in front of me in the dark, I'm so nearsighted and night blind too!

    Now you made references to both a bird of prey and a panther. So... which is it for his Animagus form? And ::smiles superiorily:: you never mentioned whether or not Snape was a vampire! ::grins and nods:: That obviously means that he is. Ha!

    Poor Harry, always getting picked on and Hermione! My heart just broke for the little girl. I know what it's like to be picked on and if I were there... oh those little brats would certainly remember the day they messed with me. Hermione is such a sweet girl and I hate that she ends up with Ron in Deathly Hallows.

    By the way - are you going to write all of Harry's years with Severus as his Guardian Angel? If you do, write an alternate sixth and seventh year and make sure Ginny doesn't date him and Hermione doesn't go out with Ron. Why don't you put the two of them together, hmm?

    ::sighs:: Update soon, my favourite authoress of all time! I am eagerly looking forward to your revealing of Snape's Anigmaus form and the baring of his fangs. ::winks::

    You'll find out what his Animagus form is in . . ..hmmm, maybe five chapters I guess.  I'm going to reveal it during the Forbidden Forest escapade.  Until then, just keep guessing....*chuckles*  As for Snape being a vampire, well that's what they all think he is!  But what is true and what it appears are two different things.

    I too felt sorry for Hermione when I wrote this, because I was also the outcast nerd during my school days, and I had glasses when nobody else did and was tormented unmercifully like Severus was by a gang of bullies.  Luckily I had my older brother and cousins to come and help me and knock all those horrible brats on their asses. 

    Hermione & Harry, now there's an interesting pairing!  I could do that one, yeah.  Thanks for you review, hon, as always!
