    I FINALLY got to finish reading this story, and am so happy I did! It was a nice addition to my Christmas :)

    This story has been a fun experience to read, I enjoyed every minute of it. Your stories always entertain me and play with my emotions. I love the way you write and the characters you create, they are both really well formed.

    The race was yet another brilliant idea and you did a great job creating it. Boreal is awesome too, he’s quite a character :D. This story had a wonderful ending, but I sure wouldn't mind reading more.

    If you write a sequel, please let me know!

    I'm seriously considering a sequel to this, I'm coming up with lots of alternatives to COS at the moment.  This was such a fun story to write, since I got to explore a very different side of Sev and Harry, and the secrecy was driving me as crazy as Harry sometimes, LOL!  But things should get even more crazy with Dobby, Boreal, and everyone at Hogwarts, right?

    In the meantime, though, I've written several small one shots and finished the prequel, Where Shadows Go, featuring little toddler Harry, Sev, & Lily for my Never Again series.  I've added a halloween fic to it and a Christmas one and some others with a five year old Harry watching Matt's dog.  And I've started a new series, Snowy Encounters, which is a series of short stories with Harry and Sev in winter time.  Let me know what you think, Beth!

    You know, reading this again, I had the strangest thought.

    You have Wraith and Whisper playing with each other and it reminded me of The Lion King. I could just picture Wraith telling his son to look at the stars.

    Random, I know.

    Still, ::shrugs:: just a thought.

    Author's Response: How funny, because when I was writing those scenes I was playing the LK soundtrack and it did remind me of Simba and Mufasa.  Neat!

    Can you please update Where Shadows Go? that would be great too. Now that this one is finished. :)

    Author's Response: Yes, I'm working on Shadows now, and have posted a quick little Halloween fic set in the NA universe, Harry Potter & the Monster Under the Bed and another longer one called Forbidden Flight, both featuring everyone's favorite MH Sev and little Harry, plus Sirius & Remus too!

    Ideas for future stories? Well aren't you going to do Year 2 for Harry? There's just so much you can do with that material. I'd be interested to see how Severus and Harry handle it.

    Either way I thoroughly enjoyed your story, great job on finishing it. Look forward to more of your work.
