Harry's scheme was just brilliant!! Frightening too, but brilliant! Of course Severus'hissed threats were perfect - so nice for him to see that he can still scare the cr*p out of most students just by talking!
I liked hearing about the Gryffindors and their study visits to Slytherin. It is nice to have a different take on that house and how they act amongst themselves. I really like that they accept Harry and all his friends as well, and treat them all just like they treat their firsties!

More Slytherin maneuvering!! Severus knows just what buttons to push with Harry to get the results he wants - of course as a Head of House for the past years he has had lots of experience with hot headed preteens/teens, and it shows! I also loved how he was ready to panic himself when Mooney the werewolf leapt forward, but was calm for Harry.
The grownups(??!) really shine in this chapter, but it was fun to see Harry stun them all with the news of Wormtail residing in Hogwarts. I like that they all managed to FINALLY take him seriously.

I loved the chat between Remus and Severus that ended this chapter. He made a reasonable case for THIS Sirius being willing to let Snape continuing as Harry's guardian. The apologies of the two Gryffindors were so overdue, and I am glad that Severus heard them for what they were and did not out of hand reject them.
By the way - any possibility that the next time the Dursley family shows up the male contingent will be sporting healthy, handsome physiques?? Not what Severus would expect at all - that he is HELPING them with the terror campaign!!!
I like your Sirius so very much - he is charming, funny, not particularly brilliant and about Harry's age maturity wise!!! Harry could have a lot of fun with his godfather - but he does seem to know who will take the best care of him, doesn't he?! I hope we do see Harry and Snape working on the animagus training. Snape would be great as a bat, wouldn't he? Harry would make such a cute baby/teenish animal - maybe a tiger or lion, or a even a bear!
Of course, Snape is very brave to take Harry to see Sirius, fearing as he does that they will bond and Harry would leave Snape. Awwwww... what a thoughtful guardian....

Awww....too sweet! Harry calling Snape "Da" actually got me a little choked up. And hehehe...go Minerva, telling Albus to park it after the flying stunt. More now!!!
