I don't think Lucius would go to that lengths. As you stated earlier he isn't that good of a father

I love you! I love your writing and the conversations. Never had to laugh like this before while reading!
It's very funny how they interact with Severus and expecially the last chapter was great. That's it with Snapes great plan to make Dumbledore search for a new guardian because of Harry don't want him. :D

I must be a baby since I cried like one reading this chapter.
This has become one of my absolutely favorite stories! I laughed SO often throughout at the way you expressed things -- this goes beyond merely good writing; this is sheer genius!
My favorite aspect from beginning to end concerned the wonderful juxtaposition of Harry's and Severus' feelings, both working from opposite points of view over the same incidents, so that we see how each character feels, and how wonderfully they blend, even though they see things in totally different ways. (I know that sounds hopelessly generalized, but I also know that YOU know what I mean. Or, at least, I HOPE so!!!)
I loved the scene with Quirrel's turban more than words can express! I was afraid the plan would go awry and they couldn't pull it off, but when they DID -- I couldn't stop laughing!
Lord Volauvent! *snort* And Lord Voldesnort!! *snicker* And... the list goes on! I was actually ready to go to bed when I got the the AK scene, so then I had to actually FINISH the story... *shakes head* All I can say is -- what is that word again??? SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS! (sp?) (Gred to Forge: "Say that five times faster!")
