    Severus in full Slytherin mode is such fun to watch! I loved your Sirius - and I can see he and Severus joining forces in some very interesting ways to keep Harry safe (and happy!)

    Oh no! I hope Harry can get away somehow, those boys are making my spine creep. Or maybe he can use some of his new magic on them... well, I don't know what they want so it's hard to judge.

    Good idea about the private tutoring, and I like how you've described it and the impact it has on Harry. Most authors who put Harry in for extra tutroing only give one liners as how it's affected Harry. I'm glad you haven't! Please write more soon! You have me worried now...

    Severus certainly had a productive night! It hope the animosity between Severus and Sirius-Remus will stop, it would be good for Harry when he meets the remaining Marauders.

    Author's Response: I doubt they'll ever exchange Xmas presents, but if anything can convince Severus to let bygones be bygones, I suspect it will be concern for Harry's welfare...

    Super! I love the way Sev found out about Sirius, and your comment about idiocy being a criminal offence made me crack up. This story has a different tale every chapter and what's best - it all fits in! Please write more soon, this is a fabulous story and I'm looking forward to Harry's meeting with his godfather and Snape's reactions.

    Ahhhhh! No more Mr. Nice Guy for our Potions Master! Now the question is with this chapter which witch or wizard will Snape consider just the right person to avenge Harry's treatment by the Dursley's? I like seeing the Slytherin side come out!

    I love the Weasley family and the interaction with them in this chapter! Heart to hearts between Snape and Harry always make me go "Awwwwww" - nice one in this chapter!

    Love the hair! Love the hair! All those purchases with Dumbledore must have been worth it! Harry and the broom was a touching moment, of course. Having to justify an awesome broom with the thought that its confiscation would be a great punishment shows how much in denial our Potions Master is still in. Loved this chapter!

    More fluffy interaction - I just love the introduction to the bedroom and how Snape finally came to understand Harry's strange reluctance. I laugh when Harry sees Snape fussing about washing up as a sign of caring - such a different reaction from most boys of his age!

    Author's Response: Yes, exactly! I think that's the biggest "freakiness" about Harry (at least "my" Harry) - his ability to cut to the heart of the matter rather than being distracted (as most of us are) by the superficial appearance. ;)

    I loved the description of the shopping expedition - including the "makeover" for Snape!! I actually don't like shopping that much, but my sister ADORES it. I really felt Snape's pain!

    LOL! I confess that I too come down much more on the side of you and Snape than with your sister or DD!
