I got a bit lost in this chapter, which probably my problem rather than yours...

Author's Response: I'm sorry, basically it's a bit of a 'filler' chapter, so it shouldn't matter too much.

a little ironic that you named the one likely to delay the letter "nimble or quick moving"

Author's Response: It's fun to play with irony in stories! Thanks for reviewing.

So glad you updated! This was a great chapter, and I hope Dumbledore trusts Snape in this story.. because I love Dumbledore even if he is a little crazy. Even if Dumbledore turns out to be very manipulative I believe this story will still be fantastic, because you will make it believable. Thanks for the update and I can't wait for the next chapter!

Author's Response: Don't worry, Dumbledore does trust Snape, he just has this annoying habit of organising other people's lives for them! Thank you very much for the review!

Will you have Shadow tell harry that Sev is his father next? Because I think that's what he should do.

And Albus had better tell Severus something more concrete than just the DE had a meeting or whatever, otherwise Sev's going to blow a gasket.

Author's Response: No, unfortunately Shadow doesn't know that... but he does know something else! Yes, I can imagine toasted Headmaster will be on the menu soon, if he's not careful. Thanks for your review!

Author's Response: What? Along with Snape in his grey nightshirt?

Oh no, now they're in for it. Eventually I hope that Severus will come to terms with Harry. Good chapter.

Author's Response: Heh heh. Yes, Severus will... eventually. Thanks for reviewing!

Great chapter, I'm glad you updated again
My favorite line in this one was definitely ‘Serves him right, the little shit!’ =)

Author's Response: Thank you very much - yup, I loved writing that line!

I like this story find that Harry is cute and I like Shadow.
The Ministry is under attack well Sev better get back home and lock up make sure that no one can get to Harry

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you're enjoying it - don't worry, Sev shouldn't be too long, as he's only stuck his head in the Floo.

Oh, boy! Death Eaters attacking the Ministry and Severus didn't know anything about it? That sounds very worrisome. Lucius is still under a bush in Little Whinging (the image that conjures up is hysterical)--and just who was the portrait with the long silver hair?--one of Malfoy's more reasonable ancestors? And poor Sev, getting floo-sick. I probably would as well. Even the idea of having my head in a different location than my body makes me feel uncomfortable.

This and the previous chapters have been great fun to read. You have a nice writing style and I'm looking forward to reading what happens next.

Author's Response: Thank you very much, I'm enjoying writing this more and more. Some of the things in this chapter were pre-arranged (attack at the Ministry) but some were not (Malfoy + bush) I love that image as well. Yes, the long-haired headmaster was supposed to be another ancestor. The idea of a sensible Malfoy amid the chaos is nice. The Floo sickness was rather spontaneous, but I liked it and I'm glad you do to - I hope you continue to enjoy!

well, that's certainly a wrench in the gameplan, isn't it? that sucks, that does... lolz. poor snape, stuck w/ harry for ever so long. is the ministry thing important or just a way to detain albus, i wonder...

Author's Response: I thought it would spice things up a bit, and besides, it might be useful, it might not! Thanks for reviewing.
