Keep writing! I love the story so far!
Author's Response: Yey!! Thanks!!
An excellent story! I really am looking forward to the next chapter.
I really admire how you have been so incredibly consistent with your characterization of Harry, with his skewed worldview from the way that the Dursleys treated him. Well done!
Author's Response: :0) Thanks!! I'm really glad you like it!! And thanks for the review!!

I'm not positive, but I think the phrase is "the principle of the thing" not "the principal of the thing." Principal refers to the person, so Harry saying "Screw your principals" was... a little hilarious.
In other news it's a good read. I'm loving Dumbledore in these last few chapters. Harry came off mary-sueish to me in the earlier chapters, but it seems to be dying down. Snape is characterized well also, he acts enough like his book incarnation for me to accept the deviations when he gets touchy-feely.
Author's Response: rofl. That's great. I'll check it. And I'm glad you're enjoying the story. Thanks for the review!

I really like this fiction so far. Keep at it. It is a really good portrayl of Harry and Snape.
Author's Response: Thanks!! I'm working on it!! (It's been a little tough lately, for some reason)
Progress! Harry's not going to make anything easy, but it's great to see them moving forward. Snape's mental snark toward the headmaster is also great.
Author's Response: :0) Glad you like!! And thanks!!

I love this so far! Your Snape reminds me a bit of AYLNO's (A Year Like None Other) in some aspects. He knows what Harry needs because he has been through it. Harry being Slytherin makes so much more sense then JKR's books of Harry being in Gryffindor. Please continue to update!
Author's Response: I've read AYLNO, a couple years ago. Wasn't Harry a fifth year, in that one? Anyway, I suppose a lot of these fics seem similar in at least some ways - I chose a VERY popular genre, after all. Anyway, I'm sorry it's been updating so slowly, lately. I've been having some trouble, for some reason.
I really enjoyed your story so far! I like how you've developed the characters, as well as their interactions with each other. I particularly like Harry & Snape's relationship, the developemnent of it. It seems natural.
As much as I want to beg you not to take time off from writing this one (the curiosity is practically killing me, my lack of patience one of the reasons I tend to shy form WIPs), I completely understand where you're coming form in wanting to take a break.
Just do what you have to do, and I hope she doesn't give you too much trouble :D
Author's Response: Yey!! Glad you like!! Thanks!!

And here i was thinking that i might be bored during the school holidays. Seriously though, it's a great story and i like the change that is happening in their relationship. I am waiting for Harry to get into a mess with Snape again though. It is the inevitable.
Author's Response: LOL yey!! Glad you liked!! And thanks for the review. LOL yeah, I'm pretty sure Harry is incapable of staying out of trouble for any real period of time. Snape'll be completely gray by the time this is over...
