Reviews For Life as Dictated by a Talking Hat
Your fic takes this point, and shows off what could have happened had Harry been forced to face this fact. I'm interested to see where you take this. (^_^)/ BEM Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing! I'm glad you like it.
Harry was a lot less confrontational in this chapter. He is beginning to get the message I think. That horrid potion must have some magical component in it to stop the hapless miscreant from vomiting. I am sure that something that foul being held in the mouth for so long would definitely induce vomiting in normal circumstances. Is there a particular reason (besides Harry's charming nature) why Sinestra has it in for Harry? Just wondering. Lesley~ Author's Response: Yup, you're right about the plays. And Sinestra is just a bitch who can't handle Harry's rudeness. I'm inclined to agree about the potion. Yuck! :0) Rhiannan
And Severus just keeps plodding on. Harry's just got to realise that Snape is as determined as he is. I can only hope that things do improve between the two. I hope they improve to the point where HArry actually comes to regard Severus as a friend as well as a protector. Bliase is a good friend. It was disconcerting to think of him crying in the grounds. These kids seem so grown up, I had forgotten they are only eleven. Loving it. And I can go straight onto the next chapter as I was late getting to this one. Lesley~ Author's Response: Thanks!! I'm glad you liked it! Yeah Harry's infuriating. He'll get there, though...eventually. _____I also like Blaise. I feel bad for him, dealing with Harry, sometimes. Harry's lucky he's so patient!
Author's Response: Thanks!!! I'm glad you like it. :0)

~Frosty Author's Response: Hi! Thanks for your review!! The other play was Twelfth Night - my personal favorite. :0)
Shape washing Harry's mouth out with the potion for saying he's a freak still seems a little odd to me, but I guess whatever works... and Harry feels a little too angry. I don't know. But hey, he's your Harry, and you know what you're doing with him, so I'll let it go. Liked the stuff with Blaise - can we have something with Ron next time? Ooh, can Ron and HArry have a fight? That would be a spectacle and a half - Weasley temper vs. Harry's 10 years of bottled up anger... :P Just a suggestion! Author's Response: Actually, I read the Taming of the Shrew when I was in fourth grade- younger than Harry, and understood it relatively well. Harry's in a particularly bad mood this chapter, so maybe that's what you don't like. He's got way too much to think about to not have it affect him. LOL I like your suggestion. I'll think about it. Thanks for the review!! Rhiannan
Author's Response: Yup, Macbeth is one. The other is Twelfth Night, my personal favorite. And your prank suggestion is a good one. (Can't promise that I'll use it, 'cause things kinda turn out how they turn out, but I'll consider it :-) )Thanks for your review!!
I really love the way that Severus is handling Harry. Hopefully, he'll continue to come around. I sincerely hope that Harry can go with Severus some how, and never return to the Dursleys. Awesome, well written. What more can I say about this story, but I love it. Author's Response: Thanks!!! I'm glad you like it so much!! Rhiannan
Author's Response: LOL That could be good...I'll explore the idea. :-) Thanks for the review!! B0) |
