    Oh how did I miss this chapter? Sorry for that. Oh my. Will Snape and Harry ever be able to reconcile. So sad.

    What a bitch that Umbridge is. What a cow. I'd love to see her be turned into her true form. Oh excuse me cows. You are much better than that pink bitch.

    How was your birthday. You certainly managed to write a very moving chapter.

    Uh, it'll take a little time, I'd imagine.  But I would bet on it.

    She is truly a terrible evil woman.  And she gets worse the next chapter.

    Author's Response: I will but in a few chapters.  First they have to endure a bit of anguish and turmoil, but they will eventually be together again.

    Interesting way to mix in that cockroach jar, I definitely caught the reference to OoTP! Yes, very symbolic too… This was so sad! Heartbreaking actually, I just about needed a tissue.

    I feel bad for them both. Severus, for his hurt and feelings of betrayal, and Harry, whom clearly is lost and full of regret. Such painful emotions... I blame Umbridge! If Harry wasn't put under such pressure he may have had time to better reveal himself to Sev and the hurt wouldn't be so raw. Off the Owlry with her I say! She can go splat in a pile of bird-droppings, tehe.

    These next few days are going to be hell for them both, in their own ways. Best of luck to them, and I'll cross all my fingers and toes that they may someday mend their friendship :) I wonder how Ron and Hermione (plus others) will take the news of Harry’s return?

    I had to put that in there, the cockroach jar was one of the things that made me shiver when Snape threw it in OOTP, because it showed just how much his self-control had disintegrated. 

    I do too, they are both so very wounded and yes, it is Umbridge's fault for doing all she can to make their lives miserable. 

    They will but there will be a rainbow eventually, I'm not one for long drawn out angst.  You'll see how they take it next chappie, which is up now!

    Oh goodness, that's so sad! I really thought the scene where Sev and Harry talk was very accurately done. They are both hurting so much that they can't really reason out what the other is feeling. I think a trip to Hagrid's would do them some good. Hagrid is a friend to them both and would probably make a good mediator in this situation.

    I wonder how much Harry will tell Ron and Hermione about where he's been and what happened...

    Yes, and that's very true, neither one can speak rationally at this point.  It would, but first they have to cool down and watch out for Umbridge.

    Harry will try and keep some things secret for a time, but the best laid plans . . .well, you'll see what happens next chapter.

    Happy Belated Birthday--I hope it was fabulous. My goodness, that's quite a cliffie you left there. Good thing I don't have to wait, lol (sometimes it's good to fall behind!). Well, at least Sev is safe, but Harry is definitely up a river without a paddle right now. His transformation was effective, but impulsive. Poor Sev...he seems so shocked... I hope things work out between them.

    Author's Response: It was and thanks so much! Yeah, I know what you mean.  I had people screaming at me to update in 5 seconds, LOL! Yes, he is and Sev is terribly shocked.  Things will be rocky for awhile, but eventually they will come to an understanding.

    Oh dear... Are we going to see more of Sirius in this fic? I imagine he's out of his head with worry right now. First Hagrid and now Sev? Yikes, I'm off to see what happens next.

    Author's Response: yes, Sirius will make an appearance much later, but he will here and Harry and severus will have a LONG talk with him and resolve some issues.  he is very concerned about Harry of course.  And yeah, Umbridge wants to clean house, so to speak, so it's off with their heads.
